신촌캠퍼스 생활관 2023-여름학기 입사일과 준비 절차를 알려드리니 착오없으시길 바랍니다. 

1. 입사일 : 2023. 6. 24.(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

* 공지된 입사 시간 이후는 입사 업무 종료로 데스크가 철수되어 입사 체크가 불가합니다.

** 공식 입사일 이후 입사체크는 평일 09시~17시 무악 4학사 행정실로 오셔서로 입사 체크 후 해당학사로 이동하시면 됩니다.

2. 필수서류제출- 입사 제출서류 미비 시 입사불가

  가. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

        *외국에서 검사하는 경우 공증된 영문 결과지만 제출 가능함. 

  나. 코로나19 신속항원검사 결과지 또는 자가키트 검사지 1부.

        *입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분만 유효

        *자가키트로 검사할 경우 타임스탬프 앱을 이용해 촬영(날짜와 시간 자동 기재됨) 후 프린트해서 종이로 제출

  다. 기타사항  : 입사일 기준 30일내 확진자의 경우 격리통지서로 대체 가능

3. 준비물 : 신분증, 필수서류, 개인용품, 침구류(2023학년부터 메트리스 커버 제공하지않음)

4. 입사절차 : 배정된 학사 로비 → 학생증, 필수서류 제출 → 출입카드 수령 후 입사

5. 반입금지 품목 : 냉장고 및 전열기구(장판, 다리미, 포트, 밥통 등), 애완동물, 향초등

6. 무료주차 : 공식 입사 기간 중 1회 한하며, 해당기간 외에는 유료주차입니다.

7. 택배 발송 : 퇴사자 짐과 섞이지 않도록 입사일 하루 전쯤 도착하게 하시고, 학사 로비에 도착한 택배를 직접 찾아야 하니 박스에 학사와 이름을 크게 표시해주세요.

8. 입사취소 환불규정

  가. 공식 입사 시작 1일 전 취소 시 : 전액 환불

   나.  공식 입사 시작일부터 취소 시 전액환불 불가, 잔여 일수 환불금에서 15만원을 공제 후 환불됨.

           *2023. 7. 26(수)  이후 중도퇴사 환불 종료

   다.  기타 

      1)강제퇴사 시 기숙사비 반환은 책정된 환불금액의 90%를 환불. 

      2)휴학, 퇴학 등으로 인한 학적변동 시 학적변동일로부터 10일 이내 퇴사하여야 하며, 환불규정은 위와 동일함.

      3)정부초청장학생 및 연세우수 학생은 납부금이 없더라도 입사 취소 또는 중도 퇴사 시 신청서를 제출해야함. 미제출시 취소에 따른 기숙사비가 청구될 수 있음.

      4)연세우수장학생은 학기 중 휴학으로 퇴사 시 위의 규정을 소급적용하여 본인 부담으로 전환되며, 본인 부담 기숙사 비를 납부한 후 퇴사하여야 함.

Here are the dates and preparation procedures for the 2023-Summer semester of Sinchon Campus Dormitory.

1. Move-in date : 2023.06.24(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00

※ Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 on weekdays. (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)

2. Essential documents to submit on the move-in date : Cannot move-in without documents. Must be submitted on paper.

A. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

* If the result paper is issued overseas, notarized English results only can be submitted.

B. COVID-19 Self-kit Test result or Rapid Antigen Test result

* Only valid within 24 hours of the date of move-in

** [Self-kit Test] You can use the app with the date and time stamped on it. (Photos or captured images cannot be submitted. Please submit the printed result only.)

C. Notes : For confirmed patients within 30 days of move-in date, a notice of isolation can be submitted.

3. Things to prepare

: ID, required documents, personal items and bedding (mattress covers, blankets, and pillows) 

※ Mattress covers are not available from the 2023-1st semester. 

4. Procedure

: Dormitory Lobby → ID check and submit move-in documents → Receive a move-in item → Move-in

5. Items that are not allowed to bring

: Refrigerator and Heating Items which can cause a fire in the dormitory (electric heating pad, iron, kettle, rice cooker, etc), pets and candles.

6. Free Parking

: Free parking tickets are available at the guard office of each dormitory. Free once in the period, after that, parking fee will be charged.

7. Parcel Delivery

: Make it arrive a day ahead of move-in date. Students should take there parcels themselves from the main gate so write name and address in large font.

8. Refund Policy

A. Cancellation 1 day before the official move-in date : Fully Refund

B. Cancellation on and after Move-in date (No Full Refund) : Deduct 150,000 KRW and refund the rest (calculated by day)

C. Cancellation after 2023.07.26(Wed) : No Refund

D. Notes

1) When you forcefully moved-out, only 90% of refund will be refunded.

2) In the event of a change in student status due to a leave of absence, expulsion, etc., he/she shall leave the dormitory within 10 days from the date of change in school, and the refund policy shall be the same as above.

3) For KGSP students, if you plan to cancel the dormitory after successfully accepted to a dormitory, MUST apply for cancellation even if you are not subjected to pay the dormitory fee personally. Otherwise, dormitory fee will be charged.

4) When a scholarship student leaves the school due to a leave of absence during the semester, the above policy shall be applied retroactively to his/her own burden and shall leave the school after payment.
