2022학년도 2학기 연장 안내(무악학사)

무악 1.2.3학사 대상

2022학년도 2학기 연장 일정을 아래와 같이 안내하오니 신청에 차질이 없으시기 바랍니다.

1. 자 격 : 2022-1학기 무악1,2,3학사 거주자

2. 연장방법 : 별도 신청은 없으며, 2022.07.20(수) 17:00부터 생활관 홈페이지에서 가상계좌와 납부금 확인 후 기간내 기숙사비 납부로 연장 처리됨.

[직접 납부를 하지 않는 정부초정 장학생, 연세우수장학생은 생활관 이메일(muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr로 2학기 연장 유무를 07.20(수)까지 보내주시기 바랍니다.]

3. 납부기간 : 2022.07.21(목) ~ 07.22(금) 23:00 납부

4. 학사별 기숙사비_홈페이지 청구서의 금액이 다를 경우 아래 공지된 금액으로 납부해주시기 바랍니다.

5. 2022-2학기 입사 안내

가. 등록 완료 후 학적 변동(졸업·휴학·내규위반 강제퇴사자·대학원 진학생)이 확인 될 경우 입사 취소 또는 중도 퇴사대상임

나. 입 사 일 : 

간호대학(학부)을 제외한 모든 입사자 2022.08.27(토) ~ 08.28(일) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

간호대학(학부) 2022.08.20(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

다. 입사절차 : 배정된 학사 로비 → 학생증, 필수서류 제출 → 유인물 수령 후 입사

라. 제출서류 : 코로나19 자가키트 검사(입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분 유효) 결과지 1부

*검사한 키트를 촬영하고 프린트해서 이름, 호실, 촬영 날짜, 촬영 시간을 자필로 기재

**촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용해도 됨

마. 유의사항

① 공식 입사일을 최대한 지켜주시고, 부득이하게 입사가 늦어질 경우 평일(09시~17시/점심시간제외)에만 입사체크 가능하며, 무악 4학사 행정실에서 진행됨.

② 1학기 거주 사생은 우정원 신규 신청 또는 학사변경 불가함.

③ 여름방학 잔류중인 사생은 8월 20일~ 2학기 입사일까지 퇴사 없이 계속 거주 가능함.

6. 입사취소 환불규정

가. 2학기 공식 입사 시작일 1일 전 취소 시 : 전액 환불

나. 2학기 공식 입사 시작일부터 취소시 전액환불 불가, 잔여 일수 환불금에서 15만원을 공제 후 환불됨.

다. 입사 취소 절차 : 생활관 홈페이지 → 환불신청

7. 입사기간 무료주차 : 공식 입사일 ~ 4일 후까지 / 입사 기간 중 1회 한하며, 해당기간 외에는 유료주차

Guideline for extension of 2022-2nd semester

[Muak 1, 2, 3 Residents]

1. Qualification : Muak 1, 2, 3 Residents of 2022-1st semester

2. How to : Without a separate application process, the extension is processed by depositing the dormitory fee within the payment period.

▶ From 20th July (Wed) 17:00, you can check at dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My Page → Application Status

▶ KGSP students and Yonsei excellent scholarship students who do not pay directly, please send an email to the dormitory (muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr) of whether to extend the second semester by 20th July (Wed).

3. Payment Period : 2022.07.21.(Thur) ~ 07.22.(Fri) 23:00

4. Dormitory Fee

*If the amount on the invoice on the website is different, please pay in the amount announced below.

5. 2022-2nd Semester Move-in

A. In the event of a change in student status due to a graduation, leave of absence, forced-out, or graduate students, it is subject to cancellation and he/she shall leave the dormitory.

B. Move-in Date :

* All applicants except for College of Nursing (undergraduate) 2022.08.27(Sat) ~ 08.28(Sun) 10:00 ~ 18:00

* College of Nursing (undergraduate) 2022.08.20(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00

C. Procedure : Lobby → Submit student ID and required documents → Receive the handout and move-in

D. Documents to be submitted : COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

*Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.

**You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

E. Note

① Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 on weekdays (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)

② Students residing in the 1st semester are not allowed to apply for Woojungwon or change the dormitory.

③ Students who remain on summer vacation can continue to live without leaving from 20th August to the move-in date of the 2nd semester.

6. Refund Policy

A. Cancellation a day before move-in date : Full Refund

B. Cancellation on and after Move-in date : Deduct 150,000KRW and refund the rest (calculated by day)

C. Cancellation Process : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → click MOVE-OUT

7. Free Parking : Move-in date ~ 4 days later *Free only once during move-in period, After that, parking is charged.
