2022-2nd Semester Dormitory Result & Submission of Documents

Students selected for the dormitory of 2022-2nd semester are requested to submit the applicable documents and the required documents within the period.

From the 2022-2nd semester COVID-19 Safety Agreement has been added.Foreign students only need to submit COVID-19 Safety Agreement.

1. Required documents for those who are accepted on the 1st Round

A. Upload period :2022.08.03(Wed) 11:00 ~ 08.05(Fri) 18:00

B. How to upload : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr→My page→Application History→Attach files

C. Required documents  (upload PDF file)

1)COVID-19 Safety Agreement (Download the form from Form Resources and submit it after signing) CLICK

 If you meet the following conditions, you should also submit documents #2 or #3.

 2) Disabled : A copy of Certificate of the Disabled person (Priority will be given to applicants who meet the requirements)

 3) Returnee : A copy of the Pledge of Returning School (Form Resources from dorm.yonsei.ac.kr)               CLICK

D. Precautions(Failure to observe the following precautions may result in disqualification due to insufficient documents)

1) The names of all family members and their relationship to the head of the household are required (Do not put * on names)

2) The last digits of the resident registration number, except for the date of birth, are issued with a * or erased in black before submitting.

3) Validity of submitted documents : issued after 2022.07.04.(Mon)

4) Excluded from application for dormitory when verifying false information, lack of documents, fake documents, etc.

5) In case of errors in submitted documents, no separate contact will be made.

2. Final Round Result : 2022.08.11(Thur) 10:00

3.Dormitory Fee Payment :2022.08.11(Thur) 10:00 ~ 08.13(Sat) 23:00(Unpaid selection will be called off.)

4. Move-in Date :

▷ All applicants except for College of Nursing (undergraduate) 2022.08.27(Sat) ~ 08.28(Sun) 10:00 ~ 18:00

▷ College of Nursing (undergraduate) 2022.08.20(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00

5. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date(cannot move-in without them)

A. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

* Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.

** You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)
