2023-1학기 선발자 호실 잔류 및 이동 안내

2022학년 겨울방학 재실자중 중 2023-1학기 입사자로 선발된 학생은 호실 이동 없이 현재 호실에서 거주하도록 결정되어 그에 따른 추가적인 내용을 아래와 같이 알려드리니잘 숙지하시기 바랍니다. 

위 내용은 한시적으로 진행해보고 학생들의 만족도에 따라 이전의 방식으로 변경될 수 있습니다.

1. 호실 잔류 희망자 = 룸메이트 지정 불가능

: 개강 후 호실변경신청서를 제출하여 룸메이트 변경 가능

1) 일시 : 2023.03.06(월) 09:00~

2) 절차 : 동의자 전원의 서명을 받아 메일로 신청 (muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)

생활관 행정실에서 순차적으로 확인하여 호실 변경 승인 후 이동 가능

※ 행정실 승인받기 전 임의로 호실 변경할 경우, 신청서의 동의자 전원에게 벌점 부과

2. 호실 이동 희망자 = 룸메이트 지정 가능

가. 일시 : 2023.02.01(수) 12시 ~ 2023.02.05(일) 24시

나. 절차 : 호실 이동과 룸메이트 희망 여부를 메일로 신청 (muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)

※ 2월5일(일)까지 신청하지 않은 경우, 호실 이동 및 룸메이트 지정 불가능

다. 룸메이트 신청은 공지된 날짜에 연세포탈을 통해 절차를 진행하시면 됩니다.

라. 이동 호실 확인 : 2023.02.15(수) 12시~

마. 이동 호실 이동 : 2023.02.16(목) ~ 2023.02.17(금) 24시 학사이동도 포함입니다

3. 협조사항 : 대청소 기간[2023.02.19(일) ~ 2023.02.23.(목)] 중 입사준비로 관계자가 호실을 출입하게 됨을 알려드리며, 룸메이트 자리에 짐이 없어야합니다. 복도에 꺼내둔 개인 물품은 방안에 보관해주세요.

4. 입사체크: 2023.02.28(화) ~ 2023.03.01(수)까지, 시간 10:00 ~ 18:00 사이 / 치과대학(대학원제외) 2023. 2. 26(일), 시간 10:00 ~ 18:00 사이

가. 절차 : 배정된 학사 로비 → 신분증 및 서류 제출 → 유인물 수령 후 입사

나. 제출서류

▶ 코로나19 신속항원검사 결과지 또는 자가키트 검사지 1부

*입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분만 유효

**자가키트 검사지는 촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱 이용 가능, 출력해서 제출

▶ 흉부x선 검사 결과지 1부 입사일 기준 2개월 이내

*외국에서 검사하는 경우 공증된 영문 결과지만 제출 가능함.

※ 공식 입사기간 내 서류 미제출시 벌점2점/1일 부과(제출시까지 추가 부과)됨.

2023-1st Semester Room Rearrangement

The students selected for the 2023-1st semester among the students who are staying in the 2022-winter vacation will be notified of the schedule as follows for room rearrangement and movement.

1. Those who wish to stay in the same room = Roommate cannot be designated

: You can change your roommate by submitting an application for changing the room after the 2023-1st semester starts.

A. Date : 2023.03.06.(Mon) 09:00~

B. Procedure

: Apply by e-mail (muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr) with the signatures of all consenting parties.

The housing office will check sequentially and move after approving the change of the room.

※ If a room is arbitrarily changed before approval from the housing office, penalty points are imposed on all consenting persons in the application.

2. Those who wish to move to the new room = Roommate can be designated

A. Date : 2023.02.01.(Wed) 12:00 ~ 2023.02.05.(Sun) 24:00

B. Procedure : Apply by e-mail (muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)

※ If you do not apply by Feb 5th (Sun), you cannot move the room or designate a roommate.

C. You can apply for a roommate through Yonsei Portal on the announced date.

D. Room Confirmation : 2023.02.15.(Wed) 12:00~

E. Room Movement : 2023.02.16.(Thur) ~ 2023.02.17.(Fri) 24:00 This includes changing dormitories.

3. Cooperation Request

: During the cleaning period, 2023.02.19(Sun) ~ 2023.02.23.(Thur), we inform you that the cleaning staff will enter the room to prepare for moving in. There should be no luggage in the roommate's seat, and please keep personal items taken out in the hallway in the room.

4. Move-in: 2023.02.28.(Tue) ~ 2023.03.01.(Wed), 10:00 ~ 18:00 / College of Dentistry (undergraduate) - 2023.02.26.(Sun) 10:00 ~ 18:00

A. Procedure : Lobby → Submit ID and documents → Receive the handout and move-in

B. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date

※ Make sure to prepare two documents as a printout.

※ Must be submitted on paper. (Photos or captured images cannot be submitted.)

▶ COVID-19 Self-kit Test result or Rapid Antigen Test result

*Only valid within 24 hours of the date of move-in

**[Self-kit Test] You can use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

▶ Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

*If the result paper is issued overseas, notarized English results only can be submitted.

※ Penalty points for not submitting documents within the official entry period. (2 points / day) Additional penalty points will be imposed until submission.
