>>2021학년 여름방학 잔류자 발표 및 1학기 퇴사 일정 안내<<

잔류 허가된 사생은 호실 변경 없이 현재 호실에서 거주합니다.

1. 잔류자 발표 및 납부 :

  가. 발표 : 2021.05.25(화) 15시

     생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지→ 선발결과/청구서

  나. 납부 : 2021.05.25(화) ~ 05.27(목)

     고지정보에 게시된 금액과 우리은행 가상계좌 확인 후 납부

     기간내 기숙사비 미납시 잔류 불가

2. 거주기간 : 2021.06.19.(토) 낮 12시 ~ 2021.08.20.(금)낮 12시

3. 환불규정안내

  가. 여름방학 공식 잔류 시작일(2021.06.19) 1일 전 취소시 : 전액 환불

  나. 여름방학 공식 잔류 시작일(2021.06.19.)부터 납부한 금액에서 15만원을 공제한 후 잔여 일수에 대하여 환불함.

      (단, 강제 퇴사시 잔여 일수 환불 금액의 70%를 환불함)

  주1)2021.08.06(금)이후 퇴사시 환불금액 없음.

  주2)휴학, 퇴학 등으로 인한 학적변동시 학적변동일로부터 10일이내 퇴사하여야 하며, 환불규정은 위와 동일함.

  주3)정부초청장학생이 입사 취소할 경우에도 납부금이 없더라도 취소 신청서를 제출해야하며, 미제출시 기숙사비가 청구됩니다.

4. 주의안내

  가. 비어있는 룸메이트 자리는 신규입사자가 배정될 수 있습니다.

     이에 옆자리 침대 및 책상 등에 짐을 올려놓지 말아주세요.

  나. 룸메이트 입사시 청소등으로 직원 및 사감이 방문할 수 있습니다.

  다. 장기여행 계획시, 퇴사일(2021.08.20)을 넘기지 않도록 유의바랍니다.

5. 2021-1학기 퇴사 일정 : 2021.06.19(토) 낮 12시까지 - 별도 안내 예정

Upcoming 2021-Summer Extension Result and Move-out date of 2021-1st semester

-외국인 전용 안내문-

If you are selected for extension, your room number will be same as the current room number. In short, you will remain in the same room.

1. 2021-Summer Dormitory Result and Payment Period

  A. 2021-Summer Dormitory Result : May 25(Tues.) , 2021 at 15:00

  B. Payment Period : May 25(Tues.) , 2021 ~ May 27(Thurs.), 2021

     dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → Log-in → My page → 선발결과/청구서

Complete the dormitory fee payment to your virtual account which can be found on Application Status (선발결과/청구서)

*If you miss the payment period, your dormitory will be cancelled automatically. Please be noted of the payment period.

2. Duration of residence : June 19 (Sat.), 2021 Noon ~ August 20(Fri), 2021 Noon

3. Refund policy

  A. Cancellation one day before the official start date of 2021-summer extension : Full refund

  B. Deduct 150,000 won from the amount paid from the official start date of the summer extension and refund for remaining days.

(If you are forced to check out, only 70% will be refunded from the policy written above)

Note 1) No refund after August 6, 2021(Fri) according to the refund policy

Note 2) In the event of a change in academic status due to a leave of absence,

expulsion, etc., he/she shall move-out within 10 days from the date of the change in academic status. The refund policy is same as above.

Note 3) For KGSP students those who are planning cancel the 2021-summer extension application MUST apply for cancellation. Otherwise, dormitory fee will be charged.

4. Note

  A. New roommate might be assigned, please make sure not to put any personal items in the roommate area.

  B. When new roommate is assigned,

  C. If you plan for a long term trip during the summer vacation, make sure to submit stay overnight at dorm.yonsei.ac.kr and be aware       of the move-out date of 2021-summer which is 20th of August, 2021 BEFORE 12:00
