2021-2학기 연장 신청 및 납부 안내

[무악 1.2.3학사 1학기 거주자 대상]

(신규 신청은  7월 10일 이후 공지 예정)

*우리대학은 2021-2학기(8.30 개강) 온-오프라인 혼합수업(BLENDING수업) 운영방침이 결정됨에 따라 신촌캠퍼스 생활관은 2학기

전면 입사를 시행하여 2인1실 원칙으로 전환됩니다.

*기숙사는 집단 거주 생활공간으로 전염병 감염에 취약하므로 2021-2학기 입사자는 방역수칙을 꼭 지켜주세요.

*여름방학 비잔류자 또는 잔류중 해외 출국자는 코로나19 검사등 필수 서류를 제출해야 입사가 가능하며, 

  해외 출국시 출입국일정을 생활관 메일로 신고해주시고, 입국하여 14일 격리 후 입사할 수 있으니 일정에 착오없으시길 바랍니다. 

*2학기 학적이 변동되는 학생은 신청하지 마세요.[변동된 학적은 2학기 시작 후 확인 가능하여 아래 연장 불가(졸업/휴학/내규위반 강제사자/대학원 진학생)대상이 등록한 경우 입사 취소 또는 퇴사 처리됨]

*코로나19 감염증 단계가 상향 조정되어 학교 수업 방식이 변경 될 경우 기숙사 입사 일정은 전면 중단할 수 있습니다.

- 다 음 -

1. 연장 신청 : 2021.07.20(화)10:00~07.21(수) 23:00까지 

                      마이페이지 -> 입사신청 내역

2. 계좌 확인 및 납부 : 2021.07.22(목) 10:00 ~ 07.23(금) 23시까지

    1) 정부초청장학생은 기숙사비를 장학 처리하므로 직접 납부하지 않아도 됨.

    2) 연세우수장학생은 무악1학사의 기숙사비까지만 장학금으로 처리되므로 차액은 본인 부담.

    3) 위 1항과 2항의 장학생 중 2학기 입사를 희망하지 않을 경우 2021.07.15(목)17시까지 입사 취소 신청서를 제출바람.

        미제출시 기숙사비가 청구되며, 휴학 등으로 장학 혜택 유지에 변동이 있을 경우 기숙사 지원 소멸 및 본인 부담 처리됨.

2. 2021-2학기 입사 안내

가. 거주기간 : 2021.8.29(일) 10:00 ~ 12.18(토) 12:00(정오)

나. 재입사자 안내

1) 필수 제출 서류(여름방학 잔류자 제외)

    가) 코로나19 검사 결과서,

     *코로나19 검사 결과서는 입사일 기준 5일(주말, 공휴일 제외) 이내 검사 시행분만 유효함

    나) 출입국 사실 증명서_2021.08.01(일) 이후 발행분만 유효

2) 재입사 준비물 : 학생증(기숙사 및 객실 출입카드로 사용), 개인 생활용품, 이불, 베개

3) 재입사 절차 : 해당학사의 입사데스크에서 재입사자 필수 서류 제출, 입사체크, 안내문 수령 후 입사

다. 2021년 여름방학 현재 거주중인 사생 안내(여름방학 신규 재실자는 해당없음)

1) 여름방학 거주 사생의 기숙사 퇴사일은 8.20(금)입니다. 다만, 현 거주자는 코로나19 검사대상에서 제외되므로 감염 예방등을

    고려하여 퇴사 없이 연장 거주 가능하며, [8.20(금) ~ 8.28(토) / 9박] 거주비용을 포함한 금액으로 납부하세요.

2) 개인 사정으로 중간 퇴사 후 입사(8.29)를 할 경우 짐 반출을 해야 하며, 입사 시 필수 제출서류를 제출해야 합니다.  

3. 환불규정안내

  가. 2학기 공식 입사 시작일(08.29) 1일 전 취소 시 : 전액 환불

  나. 2학기 공식 입사 시작일(08.29) 이후는 잔여 일수 환불금에서 15만원을 공제 환불.

    1) 2021.11.27(토) 이후 중도퇴사 시 환불금액 없음

    2) 강제 퇴사 시 환불 책정 금액의 70%를 환불한다. 단, 13주차 이후 강제 퇴사 시 환불금액은 없음.

    3) 휴학, 퇴학 등으로 인한 학적 변동 시 학적 변동일로부터 10일 이내 퇴사하여야 하며, 환불규정은 위와 동일함.

    4) 연세우수 장학생이 학기 중 휴학으로 퇴사 시 위의 규정을 소급적용하여 본인 부담으로 전환되며 납부 후 퇴사해야 함

4. 입사기간 무료주차 : 2021.08.29(일) ~ 08.31(화) / 입사 기간 중 1회 한, 해당기간 외에는 유료주차

Guideline for application and payment for extension 

of 2021-2 semesters

[Muak 1.2.3 Residents of 2021-1st semester]

*2021-2 New application guide will be posted after 10th of July*

-For Foreigners-

* As our university's online and offline class operation policy (BLENDING class) has been decided for the 2021-2 semester (8.30.), Sinchon Campus Muak dormitory decided to implement 2 residents in 1 room from the 2nd semester.

* Dormitory is a group living space and is vulnerable to infectious diseases, so those who joined the 2021-2 semester must follow the sanitation rules. 

* Those who are not residing during summer break or resident (summer resident) who going abroad during their stay must submit the mandatory documents such as COVID-19 test result and must complete the quarantine period (14 days) before getting into dormitory.

In case of going abroad, please report your schedule with housing office via email (muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)

*Do not apply the students whose academic status is going to be changed in the second semester. [As new academic record adapted after starting 2nd semester, so do not apply in condition of (graduation / leave of absence / forced out student / graduate school student)]

* If the Covid-19 infection spreads to a serious condition and the school policy is changed, the dormitory schedule can be completely suspended.

2. Payment : 2021.07.22(Thur) 10:00 ~ 07.23(Fri) 23:00

    1) KGSP students do not pay directly because they scholarship the dormitory fees.

    2) Yonsei excellent scholarship students will be treated as scholarships only for the amount of Muak #1 dormitory expenses, so the remains should be paid by their own.

    3) If the scholarship students referred to in 1) and 2) above do not wish to enter the second semester, please submit an application for cancellation of employment by 2021.07.15.(Thur) 17:00

       If not, dormitory fees will be charged, and if there is a change in the maintenance of scholarship, dormitory fee scholarship will also be expired and be charged.

2. 2021-2nd  Semester Move-in

  A. Period of residence : 2021.8.29(Sun) 10:00 ~ 12.18(Sat) 12:00(Noon)

  B. Details

    1) Mandatory Documents (Except Remaining Student)

      a. COVID-19 test result, 

         * COVID-19 test result is only valid for only 5 days after examinations 

      b. Certificate of Entry and Exit_ Valid issued after 2021.08.01(Sun)

    2) Necessity : Student ID Card, Personal belongings, Bedding. 

    3) Procedure : Hand over the documents at the dorm info desk, Validation Check, Move-in.

  C. Students who currently residing in Summer vacation period (among the 1st semester residents) (Not applied for new students in Summer vacation period)

    1) The Summer vacation resident move-out is 20th, August (Fri). Current resident is able to extend their stay without Covid test. However, amount of [20th Aug(Fri) - 28th Aug(Sat), 9 nights] resident fee should included in the payment.

    2) If you leave before 2nd Semester Move-in date (29th, Aug), you must take out your luggage and submit the documents when you Move-in.  

3. Refund Policy

  A. Cancellation a day before Move-in date (29th, Aug) : Full Refund 

  B. Cancellation on and after Move-in date (29th, Aug) : Deduct 150,000 KRW and refund the rest (calculated by day)

    1) Cancellation after 27th Nov. (Sat) : No Refund

    2) Forced Move-out student : 70% of Refund Amount. No Refund after 13 weeks.

    3) In the event of a change in student status due to a leave of absence, expulsion, etc., he/she shall leave the dormitory within 10 days from the date of change in school, and the refund policy shall be the same as above.

    4) When a scholarship student leaves the school due to a leave of absence during the semester, the above policy shall be applied retroactively to his/her own burden and shall leave the school after payment.

  C. Cancellation Process : If you forget to finish the procedure, it will be consider as not moved-out on time

4. Free Parking : 29th Aug,2021 (Sun) ~ 31st Aug, 2021 (Tue) / Free only once in Move-in Period. Parking fee will be imposed.
