2021학년도 겨울방학 신규 입사신청 안내

-무악2,3,4학사-

2021학년 겨울방학 신규 입사 신청 자격은 계절제 수업이 비대면인 관계로 다음과 같이 제한됨을 알려드리며, 

거주기간은 2021.12.21(화) 13:00 ~ 2022.02.19.(토) 낮 12시까지입니다.

1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법

 가. 지원 자격

     1)공통) 2021학년 2학기 재학중인 학생으로 부와 모 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자,해외거주자중 아래 자격 해당자

 나. 선발 방법 : 1차- 컴퓨터 추첨

                 2차- 다음 5항. 필수 서류 제출자 최종 입사 확정

 다. 유의 사항

  1) 서류(다음 5항.) 미제출대상 : 치과대학, 간호대학, 외국인유학생(신청자 본인)

  2) 송도학사 및 신촌캠퍼스 강제퇴사자는 기숙사 입사신청 불가

  3) 기숙사 이중지원 불가 (신촌, 국제 모두 해당됨)

  4) 의과대학은 제중학사로 지원(문의 02-2228-2700)

2. 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사별 거주대상

    ※학사별 거주대상을 확인하시고 신청하세요. 대상이 아닌 학사 선택시 불합격 처리됨.

3. 입사 신청 기간 및 방법

 가. 인터넷 신청 : 2021.12.02(목) 10:00 ~ 12.03(금) 23:00 마감

 나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지 → 입사신청 → on-line Application

4. 1차 합격자 발표 : 2021.12.07.(화) 13:00

5. 1차 합격자 필수 제출 서류 : 미제출시 불합격 처리됨

 가. 제출 기간 : 2021.12.07(화) 13:00 ~ 12.09(목) 23:00

 나. 제출 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 입사신청내역 하단 → 파일첨부

 다. 제출 서류

   1) 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우:주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서 각 1부.

   2) 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우

    - 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

   3) 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우

    - 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

 4) 해외거주자

  - 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)

  - 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114

  5) 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주 중일 경우

    - 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

  6) 외국인 : 별도제출서류 없음(외국인 여부 별도 확인)

  7) 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상

라. 제출 서류 주의사항(아래 주의 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 서류 미비로 탈락 될 수 있음)

  1) 가족 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수(이름을 * 표시 하지 말 것)

  2) 주민등록번호 생년월일을 제외한 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출

  3) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2021.11.06(토) 이후 발급분

  4) 1의 다항 유의 사항 미준수, 서류미비, 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청에서 제외함

6. 기숙사비 납부

 가. 대상 : 최종 합격자

 나. 일시 : 2021.12.14(화) 10:00 ~ 12.15(수)23:00까지

     홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 선발결과/청구서 → 개인 가상계좌·기숙사비 확인

7. 입사시 필수 제출 서류_입사 제출서류 미비 시 입사불가

 가. 코로나-19 검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 5일 이내 검사분 유효

     검사 결과를 문자나 이메일로 받은 경우 출력하여 이름과 학번은 기재하여 제출

 나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

  다. 출입국 사실증명서 1부_입사일 기준 1개월 내 조회분 유효

  라. 기타

   1)코로나 및 기타 검사 비용은 본인부담임.

   2)입사일 기준으로 한 달내 해외 출입국 내역이 있는 경우 입사가 보류될 수 있음.

   3)공증이 되지 않은 외국 진단서는 제출이 불가하오니 국내 의료기관을 이용바람.

8. 입사일 : 2021.12.21(화) 13:00 ~ 18:00 이후 입사는 다음날 가능

2021-Winter Dormitory Application Guide

-Muak#2, #3, #4-

Due to the COVID-19, 2021-Winter courses will be mainly conducted non-face-to-face. In order to prevent the spread of the virus on campus, 

there are limitations for 2021-Winter dormitory application. Duration of residence is from Dec 21(Tue.), 2021 13:00PM to Feb 19(Sat.), 2022 12:00PM.

1. Eligibility for Application and Selection Methods

A. Eligibility

? Common) Students who are enrolled for 2021-2nd semester (both parents living outside of Seoul or living overseas)

B. Selection : 1st- Computer Random Draw

2nd- Examination of submitted documents

C. Note

1) Subjects for non-submission of documents : College of Dentistry, College of Nursing, Foreign Students

2) Students those forcefully checked out due to the violation of dormitory rules cannot apply.

3) Duplicated applications between Sinchon and International Campus dormitories are NOT permitted.

4. 1st Round Result: Dec 7(Tue), 2021 13:00

5. Required documents for those who are accepted on the 1st Round

A. Upload period : Dec 7(Tue), 2021 13:00 ~ Dec 9(Thu), 2021 23:00

B. How to upload : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page → below → Attach files

C. Required documents

1) Overseas residents

- A certified copy of the Overseas Korean Register of the student and student's family, a copy of family relationship certificate

  (or a document confirming that the person is a family member)

- Issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Korea (02-2100-2114)

2) If the parent is abroad and the student is residing in Korea

- A copy of the parent's Overseas Korean Register, a copy of the student's resident registration, one copy each, and a copy of family relationship certificate

3) Foreigner : None (check separately for the foreigner status)

D. Precautions (Failure to observe the following precautions may result in disqualification due to insufficient documents)

1) The names of all family members and their relationship to the head of the household are required (Do not put * on names)

2) The last digits of the resident registration number, except for the date of birth, are issued with a * or erased in black before submitting.

3) Validity of submitted documents : issued after Nov 6(Mon) 2021

4) Excluded from application for dormitory when verifying false information, lack of documents, fake documents, etc.

6. Dormitory Fee Payment

A. Object : Final successful candidates

B. Payment Period : Dec 14(Tue), 2021 10:00(10AM) ~ Dec 15(Wed), 2021 23:00(11PM)

dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page → Application Status → check your personal virtual account number and dormitory fee → pay according to the info

7. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date If you submit the document incompletely, admission is not possible.

A. COVID-19 test result(within 5 days)

* If you receive the test result by text or email, print it out and submit your name and student number

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result)(within 2 months)

C. Certificate of Entry and Exit (within 1 month)

D. Note

1) COVID-19 and other tests fee is under personal expenses.

2) Those who have been to aboard within a month can be an object of delayed move-in.

3) Foreign medical certificates that are not notarized cannot be submitted, so please use domestic medical institutions for a check up.

8. Move-in Date : Dec 21(Tue.), 2021 13:00~18:00 [After 18:00 Dec 22(Wed)]
