※ 2022학년 입사자격은 백신 패스제도 시행으로 2차 접종완료자만 신청 가능합니다.

※ 일부 학사는 생활치료센터와 PCR검사자 격리장소로 사용되어 오픈하지 않으며, 오픈된 학사는 2인실

배정을 원칙으로 합니다.

단, 최종 합격자 발표시 공실이 발생할 경우 선착순 1인실(2인비용 납부)신청을 받을 예정입니다.

※ 생활관은 별도 격리시설이 없으니 해외입국자는 10일(입사일 기준) 자가격리 후 입사하시기 바랍니다.

1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법

가. 지원 자격(다음 조건이 모두 충족되어야 함)

■ 공통1-1) 2022-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 학부 및 대학원(일반 및 전문대학원) 재학생 또는

복학예정자 중 2021-2학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기) 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상,

대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상

■ 공통1-2) 2022-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 일반대학원 및 전문대학원 신입생

■ 공통2) 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인인 유학생

■ 공통3) 백신 2차 접종 완료자

나. 선발 방법 : 인터넷 접수 후 1차 컴퓨터 추첨, 2차 5항 필수서류 심사로 최종 선발함.

다. 유의 사항

1) 서류(다음 5항.) 미제출대상 : 법학전문대학원생, 일반대학원 법학과, 치과대학, 간호대학

2) 미래캠퍼스 소속 학생은 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사 신청이 불가함.

3) 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사 및 송도학사 거주 중 강제퇴사자는 입사신청이 불가함.

4) 신촌 및 국제캠퍼스 기숙사간 이중지원은 불가함.

5) 학부생이 방학기간 거주중이어도 대학원 진학 시 대학원 기숙사로 신규신청 해야함(선발 후 확인 시 취소됨)

6) 입사 후 휴학 시 퇴사 대상임.

2. 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사별 거주대상 및 기숙사비_대상이 아닌 학사 선택시 자동 불합격 처리됨.

3. 입사 신청 기간 및 방법

가. 인터넷 신청 기간 : 2022.01.11(화) 10:00 ~ 01.12(수) 23:00까지

나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/) → 로그인 → 입사신청 →

on-line Application(주소는 보호자의 등본 주소를 기재) → 백신접종 증명서 업로드

4. 1차 합격자 발표 : 2022.01.17(월) 14:00

5. 1차 합격자 필수 제출 서류 : 제출 서류 미비시 불합격 처리됨

가. 제출 기간 : 2022.01.17(월) 14:00 ~ 01.21(금) 12:00

나. 제출 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지 → 입사신청 → on-line Application → 파일첨부

다. 제출 서류

1) 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서 각1부

2) 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우

: 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

3) 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우

: 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

4) 해외거주자

: 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서

※ 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114

5) 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주중일 경우

: 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

6) 외국인유학생 : 외국인등록증 1부

7) 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상

8) 휴학생 : 복학생 서약서(생활관 홈페이지 서식자료실 양식) 1부

라. 제출 서류 주의사항(아래 주의 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 서류 미비로 탈락 될 수 있음)

주1) 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수(이름을 * 표시 하지 말 것)

주2) 주민등록번호 생년월일을 제외한 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출

주3) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2021.12.17(금) 이후 발급분

주4) 주의사항 미준수, 서류미비, 허위서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청에서 제외함.

6. 최종 합격자 발표 : 2022.01.28(금) 14:00

7. 기숙사비 납부 : 2022.02.03(목) ~ 02.04(금)까지_미납시 입사취소

홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 선발결과/청구서 → 개인 가상계좌·기숙사비 확인

8. 입사시 필수 서류 제출

가. 코로나-19 검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 3일 이내 검사분 유효

검사 결과를 문자나 이메일로 받은 경우 출력하여 이름과 학번 기재하여 제출

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

다. 출입국 사실증명서 1부_입사일 기준 한달간의 출입국기록 출력

라. 기타

1)코로나 및 기타 검사 비용은 본인부담임.

2)입사일 기준으로 한달내 해외 출입국 내역이 있는 경우 입사가 보류될 수 있음.

3)공증이 되지 않은 외국 진단서는 제출이 불가하오니 국내 의료기관을 이용바람.

9. 입사일시 : 2022.02.28(월) ~ 03.01(화)까지, 입사체크 시간: 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

치과대학(대학원제외) : 2022.02.26(토) ~ 2022.02.27(일)까지, 입사체크 시간: 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

** 입사일정은 학사일정을 기준으로 정하므로 해당 일정외 입사가 불가하니 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

※ Due to the implementation of the vaccine pass system, only those who have completed the second vaccination are eligible to apply for the 2022-1st semester dormitory.

※ Some dormitories are not open since they have been used as Residential Treatment Center and quarantine areas for PCR testers, and Sinchon Campus Muak dormitory decided to implement 2 residents in 1 room.

However, if there is a vacancy when the final selected applicants are announced, we will be accepting applicants for single room on a first-come, first-served basis when paying the fee for 2 people.

※ Those who coming from abroad must complete the quarantine period (10 days) outside, before entering dormitory since there is no separate quarantine facility.

1. Eligibility & Selection

A. Eligibility (All the below must be qualified)

■ 2022-1st semester enrolled and returnee* undergraduate students and graduates (regular and professional) students of Sinchon Campus

*Previous semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 (Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3 (Graduate) or above

■ 2022-1st semester newly enrolled graduates (regular and professional) students of Sinchon Campus

■ Locals (exclusive of Seoul), Overseas Koreans (based on the parents’ residence), and Foreign Students

■ Those who completed the second vaccination

B. Selection : Computer Random Draw → Examination of submitted documents

C. Note

1) Subjects for non-submission of documents : Law School, Graduate School of Law, College of Dentistry, College of Nursing

2) Mirae Campus students are NOT permitted to apply for dormitories on Sinchon Campus.

3) Forced-out students due to the violation of dormitory rules cannot apply. (Regardless of Campus)

4) Duplicate applications between Sinchon and International Campus dormitories are NOT permitted.

5) If the current undergraduate student become a graduate student must apply to a graduate student dormitory (canceled upon confirmation after selection)

6) If you leave school during the semester, MUST check-out the dormitory

2. Dormitory Fee & Facilities of Sinchon Campus

**Please make sure to apply after the checking the object(affiliation). If you apply to dormitory that you are not objected to will not be selected.

3. Application period and methods

A. Online application period : Jan 11th (Tues.), 2022 10:00 (10AM)~ Jan 12th (Wed.). 2022 23:00 (11PM)

B. How to apply : Housing Office website (https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/) → Log-in → 입사신청 → On-line

Application (write the address of guardian’s resident registration certificate) → Upload the Certificate of Vaccination

4. 1st Round Result : Jan 17th (Mon.), 2022 14:00 (2PM)

5. Required documents for those who are accepted on the 1st Round

A. Upload period : Jan 17th (Mon.), 2022 14:00 ~ Jan 21st (Fri.). 2022 12:00

B. How to upload : Housing Office website → 입사신청 → On-line Application → Attach files

C. Required documents

1) If the parent and student reside in the same residence as a domestic resident

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

2) If the residence of the father, mother, and student is different

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the father, mother, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

3) If the student is from a single parent (father or mother death, divorce, etc.)

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the parent living together, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate (issued in the name of the father or mother)

4) Overseas residents

: A certified copy of the Overseas Korean Register of the student and student’s family & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

5) If the parent is abroad and the student is residing in Korea

: A copy of the parent’s Overseas Korean Register & a copy of the student’s Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

6) Foreigner : A copy of Alien Registration Card

7) Disabled : A copy of Certificate of the Disabled person

(Priority will be given to applicants who meet the requirements)

8) Returnee : A copy of the Pledge of Returning School 복학생서약서

D. Precautions (Failure to observe the following precautions may result in disqualification due to insufficient documents)

1) The names of all family members and their relationship to the head of the household are required (Do not put * on names)

2) The last digits of the resident registration number, except for the date of birth, are issued with a * or erased in black before submitting.

3) Validity of submitted documents : issued after Dec 17th (Fri), 2021

4) Excluded from application for dormitory when verifying false information, lack of documents, fake documents, etc.

6. Final Round Result : Jan 28th (Fri.), 2022 14:00 (2PM)

7. Payment : Feb 3rd (Thurs.), 2022 ~ Feb 4th (Fri.), 2022

*Cancellation of selection in case of non-payment

8. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date

A. A copy of COVID-19 test result (within 3 days)

*If you receive the test result by text or email, print it out and submit it with your name and student number

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

C. Certificate of Entry and Exit (within 1 month)

D. Note

1) COVID-19 and other tests fee is under personal expenses.

2) Those who have been the abroad within a month can be an object of delayed move-in.

3) Foreign medical certificates that are not notarized cannot be submitted, so please use domestic medical institution for a check up.

9. Move-in Date : Feb 28th (Mon.), 2022 ~ Mar 1st (Tues.), 2022 10:00 ~ 18:00

College of Dentistry (except for graduate school) : Feb 26th (Sat.) ~ Feb 27th (Sun.), 2022 10:00 ~ 18:00

** Move-in Date is set based on the academic calendar, so please note that you cannot move-in other than the specified schedule.
