2021학년도 겨울 방학 퇴사 안내

2022-1학기 미선발자된 사생은 아래와 같이 퇴사 일정을 안내하오니 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

1. 퇴사 일시 및 절차

가. 일시 : 2022.2.19(토) 낮 12:00까지

1) 퇴사차량 무료주차 확인 : 2022.02.13(일) ~ 02.19(토)까지 관리실에서 확인증 수령(1인 1매)

2) 택배박스는 퇴사인원이 적어 제작이 불가하여 별도 판매를 하지 못하니 개별 구입하시기 바랍니다.

나. 절차 :

1) 반납품목(관리실) : 매트리스커버(흰색방수커버는 반납X), 3학사 룸카드키(2.4학사 임시카드사용시 반납)

2) 가구체크 : https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/ 로그인→[MOVE-OUT(퇴사)] 클릭 → 호실점검표 작성→ 사진 업로드→ 서명→ 제출

비품(가구 등)에 이상이 있을 경우 미리 신고해주시고, 비품의 훼손 및 분실 확인 시 벌점 부과 및 실비 변상해야 합니다. 

다. 짐 반출 및 방 청소 후 퇴실하여야 하며 모든 쓰레기는 쓰레기통 및 분리수거함에 버려주세요.

라. 2022.2.19(토) 낮 12:00 이후 방에 남은 짐은 버린 것으로 간주되어 폐기되니 놓고 가는 짐이 없도록 유의바랍니다.

마. 다음 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 사칙에 의하여 벌점부과 함.

1) 퇴사 일정 미준수(퇴사 시까지 일별 부과)

2) 퇴사 후 점검시 방 안 비품의 훼손이 발견되었을 경우

3) 방 안에 개인 짐을 놓거나 잔류 사생에게 맡기고 퇴사하는 경우(잔류자&요청자)

4) 방안에 버리고 가는 물건이 많을 경우

2. 2022학년도 신학기 준비로 일정이 빠듯하니 퇴사일정 및 절차를 꼭 지켜주시기 바랍니다.

Move-Out Guideline of 2021-Winter

Students who have not been selected for the 2022-1 semester will be notified of the departure schedule as follows.

1. Move-out Date & Procedure

A. Date : 2022.2.19.(Sat) BEFORE 12:00 (Noon)

1) 1 Free parking for move out : 2022.02.13(Sun) ~ 02.19(Sat) (can be issued at a guard office)

2) Moving Out Box Sale are NOT available (Due to lack of order quantity, there will be no moving-out box sale at dormitory. Please prepare it personally in advance)

B. Procedure :

1) Return item(at guard office of each dormitory) : Mattress cover (do not remove waterproof cover), Muak#3 room card key (For Muak#2 & Muak#4, return when using temporary card)

2) Room check : https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/ Log-in → click MOVE-OUT → check list and upload picture of your room after cleaning → sign → submit

▶ When checking for damage or loss of equipment, penalty points should be imposed and actual expenses will be charged (see separate instructions). 

C. You MUST check out after taking out ALL your luggage and cleaning your room. Please dispose of all trash in the trash bin and in the separate recycle items.

D. Please note that any remaining luggage in the room after Feb 19(Sat.), 2022 noon(12PM) is considered to have been discarded and may be lost.

E. Penalties shall be imposed according to the rule if the following is not observed.

1) Failure to comply move out date and time (daily impo__sition until the move out)

2) If damage to the equipment in the room is found during inspection after move out

3) In case of personal luggage is placed in the room or storage at other dormitory student after moving-out

4) If you have a lot of things to throw away(trash) in your room

2. Due to tight schedules in preparation for 2022-1st semester, please follow the move-out schedule and procedures. Thank you.
