선발일정

2022-2학기 입사 일정은 대면 수업을 전제로 한 것이므로 수업이 비대면으로 전환 될 경우 일부 학사운영은 변경 될 수 있음을 알려드립니다.

1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법

가. 지원 자격(다음 조건이 모두 충족되어야 함)

■공통1) 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인인 유학생

■공통2) 2022-2학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 학부 및 대학원(일반 및 전문대학원) 재학생 또는 복학예정자 중 2022-1학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기) 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상인자, 대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상인자 또는 2022-2학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 편입학 및 대학원 신입생

나. 선발 방법 : 인터넷 접수 후 1차 컴퓨터 추첨 선발 후 2차 5항 필수서류제출 확인으로 최종 선발함.

다. 유의 사항

1) 서류(다음 5항.) 미제출대상 : 간호대학, 치과대학, 외국인

2) 신촌 및 국제캠퍼스 기숙사 이중지원은 불가함.

3) 입사 후 휴학하는 경우 퇴사대상이므로 휴학 시 유의바람.

가. 인터넷 신청 기간 : 2022.07.26(화) 10:00 ~ 07.28(목) 18:00

나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/) → 로그인 → 입사신청 → on-line Application (거주가능 학사 선택)

4. 1차 합격자 발표 : 2022.08.03.(수) 11:00

5. 1차 합격자 필수 제출 서류 : 미제출시 불합격 처리됨

가. 제출 기간 : 2022.08.03(수) 11:00 ~ 08.05(금) 18:00

나. 제출 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 입사신청내역 하단 → 파일첨부

다. 제출 서류

1) 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본 1부.

2) 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우

- 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

3) 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우

- 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

4) 해외거주자

- 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)

- 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114

5) 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주 중일 경우

- 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

6) 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상

라. 제출 서류 주의사항(아래 주의 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 서류 미비로 탈락 될 수 있음)

1) 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수(이름을 * 표시 하지 말 것)

2) 주민등록번호 생년월일을 제외한 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출

3) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2022.07.04(월) 이후

4) 주의 사항 미준수, 서류미비, 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청에서 제외함

6. 기숙사비 납부

가. 대상 : 서류 제출 최종 합격자

나. 일시 : 2022.08.11(목) 10:00 ~ 08.13(토) 23:00까지_미납시 입사취소

생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 선발 대상 개인별로 부여되는 가상계좌로 입금

7. 입사시 필수 서류 제출_미제출시 입사 불가

가. 코로나19 자가키트 검사(입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분 유효) 결과지 1부

*검사한 키트를 촬영하고 프린트해서 이름, 호실, 촬영 날짜, 촬영 시간을 자필로 기재

**촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용해도 됨

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

8. 입사

가. 입 사 일 : 

간호대학(학부)을 제외한 모든 입사자 2022.08.27(토) ~ 08.28(일) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

무악3학사 간호대학(학부) ? 2022.08.20(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

나. 입사절차 : 배정된 학사 로비 → 학생증, 필수서류 제출 → 유인물 수령 후 입사

다. 유의사항 : 공식 입사일을 지켜주시고, 부득이하게 입사가 늦어질 경우 평일(09시~17시/점심시간제외)만 가능하며, 무악 4학사 행정실로 방문하셔야 하니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

Please note that the following contents are based on the premise of face-to-face classes,

so if classes are switched to non face-to-face classes, some contents may be changed.

1. Eligibility & Selection

A. Eligibility (All the below must be qualified)

■ Locals (exclusive of Seoul), Overseas Koreans (based on the parents’ residence), and Foreigners

■ 2022-2nd semester enrolled and returnee* undergraduate students and graduates (regular and professional) students of Sinchon Campus

*Previous semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 (Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3 (Graduate) or above

  OR 2022-2nd semester newly transfer students & newly enrolled graduates students of Sinchon Campus

B. Selection : Computer Random Draw → Examination of submitted documents

C. Note

1) Subjects for non-submission of documents : College of Dentistry & Nursing, Foreigner

2) Duplicate applications between Sinchon and International Campus are NOT permitted.

3) If you leave school during the semester, MUST check-out the dormitory.

2. Dormitory Fee & Facilities of Sinchon Campus

 ◆ If you apply to dormitory that you are not objected to will not be selected.

3. Application period and methods

B. How to apply : Housing Office website (https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/) → Log-in → 입사신청 → On-line Application (Choose a dormitory)

4. 1st Round Result : 2022.08.03.(Wed) 11:00

5. Required documents for those who are accepted on the 1st Round

*Failure to submit the required documents will result in rejection.

A. Upload period : 2022.08.03(Wed) 11:00 ~ 08.05(Fri) 18:00

B. How to upload : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page → Application History → Attach files

C. Required documents

1) If the parent and student reside in the same residence as a domestic resident : A copy of Resident Registration Certificate

2) If the residence of the father, mother, and student is different : A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the father, mother, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

3) If the student is from a single parent (father or mother death, divorce, etc.)

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the parent living together, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate (issued in the name of the father or mother)

4) Overseas residents : A certified copy of the Overseas Korean Register of the student and student’s family & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

※ Issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Korea (02-2100-2114)

5) If the parent is abroad and the student is residing in Korea : A copy of the parent’s Overseas Korean Register & a copy of the student’s Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

6) Disabled : A copy of Certificate of the Disabled person

(Priority will be given to applicants who meet the requirements)

D. Precautions (Failure to observe the following precautions may result in disqualification due to insufficient documents)

1) The names of all family members and their relationship to the head of the household are required (Do not put * on names)

2) The last digits of the resident registration number, except for the date of birth, are issued with a * or erased in black before submitting.

3) Validity of submitted documents : issued after July 4th (Mon), 2022

4) Excluded from application for dormitory when verifying false information, lack of documents, fake documents, etc.

6. Payment

A. Object : Final successful applicants for submission of documents

B. Period : 2022.08.11(Thur) 10:00 ~ 08.13(Sat) 23:00 Cancellation of selection in case of non-payment

7. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date (cannot move-in without essential documents)

A. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

* Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.

** You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

8. Move-in

A. Date :

B. Procedure : Lobby → Submit student ID and required documents → Receive the handout and move-in

C. Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 on weekdays (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)
