2022학년도 겨울방학 잔류에 관한 아래 일정을 숙지하시어 신청 일정에 차질이 없으시기 바랍니다.
무악 1학사의 경우 일부 시설 공사가 예정되어있으니 잔류신청 전 공사내용을 확인하시고 결정하시기 바랍니다.
1. 신청자격 : 현 무악1,2,3,4(고시생 제외)학사, 우정원 재실중인 사생에 한함.
2. 신청안내 : 별도 신청 절차 없이 기간내 기숙사비 입금으로 연장 처리됩니다.
(납부를 하지 않는 정부초청 장학생은 muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr로 11월 23일(수)까지 잔류 여부를 알려주세요.)
가. 조회 : 2022.11.21.(월) 14:00부터 생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 선발결과/청구서 확인
나. 납부 : 2022.11.22.(화) ~ 11.23(수) 23:00까지
3. 학사별 기숙사비
시스템 오류로 홈페이지 청구서 금액과 공지된 금액이 다를 경우 공지된 기숙사비로 입금해주세요.

4. 기타 안내
가. 잔류하지 않는 사생은 2학기 종료일인 2022.12.22.(목) 낮 12시까지, 치과대학 2022.12.24.(토) 낮12시까지 퇴사입니다.
나. 룸메이트가 퇴사한 옆자리에 짐을 올려놓거나 사용하여 새로운 배정자의 입사에 문제 발생 시 사내질서
문란으로 벌점이 부과되니 반드시 비워두시기 바랍니다.
5. 환불규정 :
겨울방학 공식 시작일 1일 전 취소 시 : 전액 환불
겨울방학 공식 시작일부터 취소시 전액환불 불가, 잔여 일수 환불금에서 15만원을 공제 후 환불됨.

2022-Winter Dormitory Extension Guide
-Current dormitory residents of Muak #1, #2, #3-B, #4-B & Woojungwon-
Please be aware of the schedule below regarding your winter vacation stay in 2022, so that there will be no disruptions for your stay if you are eligible to apply for extension.
In the case of Muak #1, some facilities are scheduled to be repaired, so please check the details before applying for extension.
1. Eligibility to apply
: Only current students who are living in Muak #1, #2, #3-B, #4-B and Woojungwon.
2. Application : Without a separate application process, the extension is processed by depositing the dormitory fee within the payment period.
(KGSP and Yonsei scholarship students, please send your residence status for the 2022-winter semester to muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr by Nov 23(Wed), 2022.)
A. From 2022.11.21(Mon) 14:00, you can check at dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page(마이페이지) → Application Status (선발결과/청구서)
B. Payment Period : Nov 22(Tue), 2022 ~ Nov 23(Wed), 2022 23:00

4. Note
A. Those who did not apply for extension, must follow the move-out process and the date is Dec 22(Thur), 2022 BEFORE 12PM! (College of Dentistry : Dec 24(Sat), 2022 BEFORE 12PM)
B. Penalty points will be imposed when you put your belongings on the roommate's area which will disturb for the upcoming roommate in the future.
5. Refund Policy
A. Cancellation 1 day before the official move-in date : Fully Refund
B. After the official move-in date, refund will be made after deducting 150,000 KRW and refund the rest (calculated by day).
