                                                        2022학년도 겨울방학 신규 입사신청 안내

-무악학사.우정원 비거주자-

겨울방학 전체 기간[2022.12.24.(토) ~ 2023.02.15.(수)] 입사 신청(단기 거주 신청은 불가)이며, 2023-1학기 거주와는 무관함을 알려드리니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법

가. 지원 자격

▪ 공통1) 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인인 유학생

▪ 공통2) 2022-2학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 학부, 대학원 재학생 중 2022-1학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기)

성적이 1.7/4.3이상, 대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상인 자

나. 선발 방법 : 1차- 순위별 컴퓨터 추첨

2차- 다음 5항. 필수 서류 제출자 서류 검토 후 최종 입사 확정

다. 유의 사항

1) 서류(다음 5항.) 미제출대상 : 치과대학, 간호대학, 외국인유학생

2) 송도학사 및 신촌캠퍼스 강제퇴사자는 기숙사 입사신청 불가

3) 기숙사 중복지원 불가 (신촌, 국제 모두 해당됨)

2. 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사별 거주대상 및 주요 안내_거주대상이 아닌 학사를 선택한 경우 자동탈락

     추가안내: 무악 1학사는 겨울방학중 호실내 시설 수리가 예정되어있으니 신청시 참고하시기 바랍니다. 

                (거주상태 진행 가능하나 다소 소음과 분진이 생길수있으며, 자세한 공사내용 및 일정은 12월 중순이후 공지 예정)

3. 입사 신청 기간 및 방법

가. 인터넷 신청 기간 : 2022.12.06(화) 10:00 ~ 12.08(목) 12:00 마감

나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/) → 로그인 → 입사신청 →

on-line Application(거주학사 선택/주소는 보호자의 등본 주소 기재), 겨울계절학기 등록금납부확인서 업로드(PDF형식)

4. 1차 합격자 발표 : 2022.12.12(월) 13:00

**제출 서류 관련하여 변경이 있을 수 있으니 홈페이지에서 1차 발표 안내문을 꼭 확인해주세요.

5. 1차 합격자 필수 제출 서류 : 미제출시 불합격 처리됨

가. 제출 기간 : 2022.12.12(월) 13:00 ~ 12.14(수) 23:00

나. 제출 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 입사신청내역 하단 → 파일첨부(PDF형식)

다. 제출 서류

1) 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서 각 1부.

2) 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우

- 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

3) 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우

- 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

4) 해외거주자

- 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)

- 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114

5) 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주 중일 경우

- 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

6) 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상

라. 제출 서류 주의사항(아래 주의 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 서류 미비로 탈락 될 수 있음)

1) 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수(이름을 * 표시 하지 말 것)

2) 주민등록번호 생년월일을 제외한 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출

3) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2022.11.11(금) 이후

4) 주의 사항 미준수, 서류미비, 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청에서 제외함

6. 기숙사비 납부

가. 대상 : 서류 제출 최종 합격자

나. 일시 : 2022.12.19(월) 11:00 ~ 12.20(화) 23:00까지_미납시 입사취소

생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 선발 대상 개인별로 부여되는 가상계좌로 입금

7. 입사시 필수 서류 제출_미제출시 입사 불가, 입사전 출력 필수

가. 코로나19 자가키트 검사(입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분 유효) 결과지 1부

*검사한 키트를 촬영하고 프린트해서 이름, 호실, 촬영 날짜, 촬영 시간을 자필로 기재

**촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용해도 됨

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

8. 입사일시 : 2022.12.24(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

** 입사 절차는 각 학사 로비에서 진행되며, 공식 입사일 이후 입사 체크는 12월 26일(월)부터 평일만

가능하며, 생활관 행정실로 방문해야 함.

                                                2022-Winter Dormitory Application Guide

-for Non-residents of Muak & Woojungwon-

We are accepting applications for admission for the 2022-Winter,

and it has nothing to do with residency in the 2023-1st semester.

※ The period of residence for the 2022-Winter is 2022.12.24.(Sat)~2023.02.15(Wed).

※ The short-term residence applications are not accepted.

1. Eligibility & Selection

A. Eligibility (All the below must be qualified)

▪ Locals (exclusive of Seoul), Overseas Koreans (based on the parents’ residence), and Foreigners

▪ 2022-2nd semester enrolled undergraduate students and graduates students of Sinchon Campus

*Previous semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 (Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3 (Graduate) or above

B. Selection : 1st- Computer Random Draw

2nd- Examination of submitted documents

C. Note

1) Subjects for non-submission of documents : College of Dentistry & Nursing, Foreigner

2) Forced-out students due to the violation of dormitory rules cannot apply. (Regardless of Campus)

3) Duplicate applications between Sinchon and International Campus are NOT permitted.

2. Dormitory Fee & Facilities of Sinchon Campus

※ If you apply to dormitory that you are not objected to will not be selected.

3. Application period and methods

A. Online application period : 2022.12.06(Tue) 10:00 ~ 12.08(Thur) 12:00

B. How to apply : Housing Office website (https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/) → Log-in → 입사신청 → On-line Application (Choose a dormitory & write the address of guardian’s resident registration certificate), Upload a tuition payment confirmation for the winter semester as a PDF file

4. 1st Round Result : 2022.12.12(Mon) 13:00

※ There may be changes to the submitted documents, so please check the 1st announcement notice on the website.

5. Required documents for those who are accepted on the 1st Round

※ Failure to submit the required documents will result in rejection.

A. Upload period : 2022.12.12(Mon) 13:00 ~ 12.14(Wed) 23:00

B. How to upload : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page → Application History → Attach files (as a PDF format)

C. Required documents

1) If the parent and student reside in the same residence as a domestic resident

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

2) If the residence of the father, mother, and student is different : A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the father, mother, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

3) If the student is from a single parent (father or mother death, divorce, etc.)

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the parent living together, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate (issued in the name of the father or mother)

4) Overseas residents

- A certified copy of the Overseas Korean Register of the student and student’s family & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate (or documents that can be identified as family members)

- Issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Korea (02-2100-2114)

5) If the parent is abroad and the student is residing in Korea : A copy of the parent’s Overseas Korean Register & a copy of the student’s Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

6) Disabled : A copy of Certificate of the Disabled person

(Priority will be given to applicants who meet the requirements)

D. Precautions (Failure to observe the following precautions may result in disqualification due to insufficient documents)

1) The names of all family members and their relationship to the head of the household are required (Do not put * on names)

2) The last digits of the resident registration number, except for the date of birth, are issued with a * or erased in black before submitting.

3) Validity of submitted documents : issued after November 11th (Fri), 2022

4) Excluded from application for dormitory when verifying false information, lack of documents, fake documents, etc.

6. Payment

A. Object : Final successful applicants for submission of documents

B. Period : 2022.12.19(Mon) 11:00 ~ 12.20(Tue) 23:00 Cancellation of selection in case of non-payment

7. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date

※ You cannot move-in without essential documents and you have to print them out before move-in.

A. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

*Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.

**You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

8. Move-in : 2022.12.24(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00

* Procedure : Lobby → Submit student ID and required documents → Receive the handout and move-in

** Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 Bldg.B on weekdays (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)
