2023학년도 여름학기 연장 신청 안내

우정원 재실자 대상

2023학년도 여름학기 연장 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 알려드리니 일정에 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

1. 신청

가. 기간 : 2023. 4. 27.(목) 09:00 ~ 4. 28.(금) 23:00까지

나. 방법 : 연세포탈 → 기숙사 → 기숙사잔류신청

2. 선발방식 : 선착순

※ 마감 후 타 학사 공석에 한해 학사를 이동하여 거주토록 할 예정이며, 이동 안내는 탈락자 접수순으로 문자 발송 예정(5.3)임.

3. 발표 : 2023. 5. 2.(화) 09:00부터 연세포털→ 기숙사 → 입사정보조회에서 확인 

※ 가상계좌는 학기별 새로 부여되니 여름학기 가상계좌를 꼭 확인해주세요.

※ 4월초 진행된 연장 신청 설문에 안내된 내용과 같이 일부 층은 다른 호실로 이동하여 거주하게 됨을 알려드리니 신청 시 참고하시기 바랍니다. 이동 대상은 추후 공지예정임.

4. 납부기간 : 2023. 5. 2.(화) 09:00 ~ 5. 3.(수) 23:00_미납(납기일 이후 납부포함)시 연장 불가

6. 2023-1학기 퇴사 : 2023. 6. 22.(목) 낮12시까지

2023-Summer Dormitory Extension Guide

Current residents of Woojungwon

Please be aware of the schedule below regarding your summer vacation stay. 

1. Application

A. Period : 2023. 4. 27.(Thu) 09:00 ~ 4. 28.(Fri) 23:00

B. How to : Yonsei Portal → Dormitory → Application for Residence in Dormitory

2. Selection on a first-come, first-served basis

※ After the deadline, unselected students will move to Muak dormitories.

※ The information about moving will be sent by text message in the order of application for unselected students. (May 3rd, 2023)

3. Result : From 2023. 5. 2.(Tue) 09:00, your personal virtual account will be shown. ※ Virtual account for the summer will be NEWLY given.

※ As indicated in the survey conducted in early April, some students will move to other rooms. Please consider that when you are applying. We will inform you later who will be moving.

4. Payment Period : 2023. 5. 2.(Tue) 09:00 ~ 5. 3.(Wed) 23:00 ※ Unpaid or Overdue will be considered as move out.
