생활관 2021-1학기 선발 관련 안내

코로나19 감염증이 서울, 경기 등 수도권으로 급속히 확산되고 있어 우리대학교는 2021-1학기에도 온라인 비대면 수업 진행이 예상됨에 따라, 신촌캠퍼스 생활관[무악학사, 우정원, 법현학사] 입사 자격을 제한하여 선발하게 됨을 알려드리오니 이해와 협조를 부탁드립니다. 다만, 학기중에 대면 수업으로 전환될 경우 추가 선발하겠습니다.

1. 2021-1학기 기숙사 운영 방침

  가. 온라인 비대면 수업으로 입사 자격이 제한됨에 따라 일부 학사만 개방예정

  나. 선발대상: 정규모집 기간(21.01.12~13)내 신청자중 아래 대상에 해당되는 경우만 서류 제출,

     서류 심사 후 최종 선발

  다. 기숙사 신청시 선택한 학사와 상관없이 선발 인원에 따라 학사가 결정되니 착오없으시기

     바랍니다.(무악3학사, 법현학사 신청자중 선발된 학생은 학사 변경없음)

2. 제출 서류

  가. 모집 공지에 안내된 거주지 관련 서류 일체(모집공지 보러가기 <-클릭)

  나. 위 대상에 해당되는 추가서류

※비대면 강의 예정으로 2021-1학기 선발 절차가 모집 공지와 다르므로, 서류 제출 대상이라

해서 합격된 상태가 아니니 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

3. 제출 기간 : 2021.02.03.(수) 10:00 ~ 2021.02.08.(월) 23:00

4. 제출 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 입사신청내역  →  파일첨부

{파일첨부는 3개까지만 가능하니 3개 이상일 경우 하나의 파일로 묶어 업로드

예: 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서, 기타(묶음)}

5. 입사자 발표 및 납부 : 2021.02.15.(월) 15:00 ~ 2021.02.17.(수)

2021-1st semester Dormitory Selection Guide

-외국인 전용 안내문-

Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19 in the metropolitan area such as Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, Yonsei University expected to conduct non-face-to-face classes in the 2021-1st semester. Housing Office of Sinchon Campus [Muak, Woojungwon, Beophyeon] will select dormitory students with certain criteria as below.

However, we will select additional dormitory students if the type of classes change to face-to-face during the semester in the future. Thank you for understandings and cooperations in advance.

1. 2021-1st dormitory management policy

  A. Due to non-face-to-face classes type, only the applicants who meet the qualification below will be selected and dormitory types will be decided after.

  B. Selection Target: Among Online Applicants (Jan, 12 ~ Jan, 13, 2021) those meet the criteria below can upload proof documents. After examine the uploaded documents       we will announce the final result.

C. Dormitory type will be decided according to the numbers of residents those meet the additional qualifications
