2024학년도 1학기 퇴사 안내 - 2024. 06. 21.(금). 낮 12시까지

2024-1학기 기숙사 퇴사 절차를 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

○ 퇴사 체크리스트 작성

연세포탈 > 학사행정 > 기숙사(신촌) > MOVE-OUT/퇴사 > 청소 후 호실 사진 첨부 > 제출
* 호실 청소 후, 본인이 사용한 자리가 보이도록 찍은 사진을 첨부해주시기 바랍니다.
* 시설/비품에 이상이 있을 경우 해당 목록 체크 (파손 내역 미작성 후 퇴실 시 재입사 불가)
* 기숙사 퇴실 확인을 위하여 퇴사 당일 반드시 퇴사 등록 바랍니다. (사전 확인가능)

○ 퇴사 절차

1. 실내청소 : 개인사용공간 정리, 쓰레기 분리배출, 화장실 및 샤워실 등 청소(개별화장실 사용 기숙사)
* 쓰레기, 폐기물 등은 1층으로 분리배출 바랍니다.

2. 물품정리 : 모든 가구 개방(비밀번호 해제 및 옷장/서랍 내부가 보이도록 전면 개방)
* 우편함(택배) 및 냉장고 음식은 반드시 사전에 회수 바랍니다.

3. 출입카드, 매트리스 커버 반납
* 해당 건물 관리실 반납 (흰색 매트리스 방수 커버는 반납품 아님)

4. 퇴사자 무료주차확인증 수령(6/17~21) : 학사별 아래 지정장소에서 차량번호 전달 후 무료 주차확인증 수령(1인 1회 1매)

○ 주의사항

1. 퇴사일 도난사고 방지를 위해 중요한 물품 보관에 주의바랍니다. 물품 이동을 위해 자리를 비울 경우라도 반드시 문을 닫고 분실사고에 대하여 주의할 것을 당부드립니다.

2. 입사 청소 및 시설 점검 등으로 사생실에 담당 직원이 출입 예정입니다.

3. 버리는 물품은 반드시 재활용과 일반폐기물을 분리하여 배출바랍니다.

4. 2024. 06. 21.(금) 낮 12:00 이후 실내에 방치된 물품은 별도 통보 없이 폐기합니다.

Spring 2024 Dormitory Move-out Process Guideline - Friday, June 21, 2024. By 12 noon, SHARP!

○ Move-Out Checklist Registration

Yonsei Portal > Academic Administration > Dormitory (Sinchon) > MOVE-OUT/Departure > After cleaning your room, Attach a photo of room > Submit

* After cleaning your room, attach a photo that shows your room.

* For abnormality in the facilities/furniture, check the corresponding list (you cannot re-enter the dormitory after leaving without filling out the damage list)

* Please confirm your departure date. (You can check in advance)

○ Procedure

1. Room cleaning: Organize room, dispose garbage, and clean the toilet and shower (dormitories with individual restrooms)

* Please separate and discharge waste on the first floor(Lobby) of the dormitory

2. Furniture & Belongings: Open all furniture (unlock all locks and open all closets/drawers so that insides are visible)

* Mail(couriers) and refrigerator food must be removed in advance.

3. Return dorm key card, mattress cover

* Return to the building management office (white mattress waterproof cover is not returnable)

4. Move-out Parking Ticket(June 17~21): Receive a free parking validation after registering vehicle number at the dormitory management office of each building (1 per person)

○ Precautions

1. Please be careful of personal belongings on the day you leave. Be sure to secure them at all times and be careful not to lose them.

2. The staff in charge of the private room will enter the room for cleaning and room inspection.

3. Please be sure to separate recyclables from general waste when disposing of items.

4. Items left in the room after 12:00 noon on Friday, June 21, 2024 will be disposed of without further notice.
