1. 신청 자격

가. 2023-2학기 신촌캠퍼스 학부 및 대학원(특수대학원 제외) 재학생

나. 직전 재학 학기 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상, 대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상인 자

※캠퍼스별 기숙사 강제 퇴사자는 지원 자격에서 제외

2. 입사 신청

가. 신청 기간: 2023. 7. 12.(수) 10:00 ~ 7. 16.(일) 23:00

나. 신청 방법: 포털 > 학사정보시스템 > 기숙사 > 입사신청(모바일 신청 불가) > 2학기 신규 신청 선택 > 기숙사비/룸타입 선택(신청정보확인) > 완료(최종제출)

5. 기숙사비 납부 안내 (기한내 미납시 합격 취소)

가. 납부기간: 2023. 7. 18.(화) 10:00 ~ 7. 20.(목) 23:00 (식비 미포함, 분납불가)

나. 개별가상계좌 조회: 2023. 7. 18.(화) 10:00(합격자에 한함)

6. 룸메이트 신청 : 2023. 7. 21.(금) 10:00 ~ 7. 23(일) 23:00 (상호 신규 합격자에 한함)

학사정보시스템 > 기숙사 > 룸메이트 신청 > 룸메이트 학번 검색 > 신청

*신청을 받은 학생이(룸메이트 신청) 메뉴에서 신청 내역을 확인 후 승인(미납시 신청 불가)

*상호 간의 중복 신청시, 이메일 신청시 배정 불가(기간 이후 신청/승인 반영 불가)

7. 입사일 : 2023. 8. 26.(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00

*입사절차는 기숙사 홈페이지 참조(입사일 이후 입사 가능)

8. 입사시 서류 제출 (미제출시 입사 불가)

가. 코로나19 자가키트 검사(입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분 유효) 결과지 1부

*검사한 키트를 촬영 및 프린트하여 성명, 호실, 촬영일, 촬영시간 기재

*날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용 가능함

나. 흉부 X선 결핵검사 결과지 1부(입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효)

다. 여름방학 거주자 입사시 제출 서류 없음

1. Eligibility

A. 2023-2nd semester enrolled undergraduate students and graduates (regular and professional) students of Sinchon Campus

B. The most recent semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 (Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3 (Graduate) or above

※ Forced-out students due to the violation of dormitory rules cannot apply. (Regardless of Campus)

2. Application

A. Period : 2023. 7. 12.(Wed) 10:00 ~ 7. 16.(Sun) 23:00

B. How to (Only available on PC)

: Log-in to Yonsei Portal → Click [Academic Information System] → [Dormitory] → Select a new application for the second semester → Dormitory fee/room type selection → Completed (final submission)

4. Selection : Computer Random Draw

※ Room type cannot be changed after selection is completed.

※ Automatically register for waiting if you are not selected.

5. Payment (Unpaid will be treated as "not selected.")

A. Payment Period: 2023. 7. 18.(Tue) 10:00 ~ 7. 20.(Thu) 23:00

※ Food expenses not included, no payment in installments.

B. Check [Yonsei Portal → Dormitory → Dormitory Information Check]

6. Roommate application

A. Period: 2023. 7. 21.(Fri) 10:00 ~ 7. 23(Sun) 23:00 (After the period, random assign.)

※ Roommate application is only available to those who have completed payment.

B. Procedure: Academic Information System → Yonsei Portal → Dormitory → Roommate Request → Search for roommates' student number → apply

※ Roommates can be designated only among newly selected students.

※ Cannot be assigned when applying for duplicate applications or e-mail applications.

7. Move-in Date : 2023. 8. 26.(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00

※ Please check detailed move-in procedures when results are announced.

※ You can move in after the move-in date.

8. Essential documents to submit (cannot move-in without essential documents)

A. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

* Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand

** You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

C. Students living during the 2023-summer don't need to submit.
