1. 지원 자격(eligibility)
가. 학부 및 대학원생(특수대학원 제외), undergraduate student or graduates student[regular and professional graduate school]
나. 학적상태: 재학생, 겨울학기 수업을 듣는 휴학생, (enrolled student, students on leave of absence taking classes in the winter semester)
다. 직전 학기 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상, 대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상인 자
The most recent semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 (Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3 (Graduate) or above
* 강제 퇴사자 및 취소자는 기숙사 신청 불가(kicked-out or cancelled student will not be admitted)
2. 신청 안내(application)
가. 신청 기간(application date) : 2025. 12. 4.(목) 10:00 – 12. 8.(월) 17:00까지
나. 신청 방법(submission) : 연세포털 > 학사정보시스템 > 기숙사(신촌) > 겨울 신규 모집 선택신청(모바일 불가) > 제출(완료)

4. 납부 안내(payment)
가. 납부 기한(Due date) : 2025. 12. 10.(수) 10:00~12. 12.(금) 23:00까지
나. 납부계좌조회(banking information) : 2025. 12. 10.(수) 10:00~12. 12.(금) 23:00까지

5. 입사 일정(move-in): 2025. 12. 26.(금) 13:00 ~ 18:00
기숙사 입사 전 홈페이지에서 입사 절차를 반드시 확인하고 배정된 기숙사에 입사 바랍니다.(입사일 이후 입사 가능)
Be sure to check the moving-in process on the homepage beforehand(student can also check in after the specified date)
6. 입사 시 제출서류(move-in document) *미제출 시 입사 불가(mandatory)
흉부 X선 결핵 검사 결과지 1부(입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효) 혹은 의사소견서
Chest X-ray(tuberculosis result) or doctor’s note(TB test result). Valid for 2 months or less
* Caution-student will not be allowed to move into the dorm without the required document.
7. 소독 및 살충 기간: 2026. 2. 20.(금) ~ 2. 25.(수)
* [중요] 소독(대청소) 기간 기숙사 거주가 불가합니다.
[Important] Students will not be able to live in the dorm during the cleaning period.(no exceptions)
