2022-1학기 퇴사 및 2학기 연장 일정을 다음과 같이 안내하오니 일정에 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

1. 퇴사 일시 및 절차(여름방학 비잔류 사생)

가. 퇴사일시 : 2022.06.22(수) 낮 12:00까지 / 무악 3학사 치과대학 2022.06.25(토) 낮 12시까지

1) 퇴사차량 무료주차 확인 : 2022.06.18(토) ~ 06.25(토) / 관리실에서 확인증 수령(거주자 1인 1매)

2) 택배박스 판매는 주문 수량 부족으로 별도 판매되지 않으니 개별 준비하시기 바랍니다.

나. 절 차 :

1) 반납품목(관리실) : 매트리스커버(흰색방수커버는 반납X), 3학사 룸카드키(2학사 임시카드 사용시 반납)

2) 가구체크 : https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/ 로그인→[MOVE-OUT(퇴사)] 클릭 → 호실점검표 작성→ 사진 업로드→ 서명→ 제출

비품(가구 등)에 이상이 있을 경우 미리 신고해주시고, 비품의 훼손 및 분실 확인 시 벌점 부과 및 실비 변상해야 합니다.

다. 짐 반출 및 방 청소 후 퇴실하여야하며 모든 쓰레기는 쓰레기통 및 분리수거함에 버려주시기 바랍니다.

간혹 사용하던 물건을 방안에 버리고 가는 사생이 있습니다. 다음 입사자를 위하여 퇴사 시 모든 짐을

반출해주시기 바랍니다.

라. 2022.06.22(수) 낮 12:00 이후 방에 남은 짐은 버린 것으로 간주되어 유실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

마. 다음 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 사칙에 의하여 벌점부과 함.

1) 퇴사 일정 미준수(퇴사시까지 일별 부과) 

2) 퇴사 후 점검시 방 안 비품의 훼손이 발견되었을 경우

3) 방 안에 개인 짐을 놓거나 잔류사생에게 맡기고 퇴사하는 경우 

4) 방안에 버리고 가는 물건이 많을 경우

2. 여름방학 잔류 사생 일정 및 협조사항

가. 거주기간 : 2022.06.22.(수) 낮12:00 ~ 2022.08.20.(토) 낮12:00

나. 방 변경 없이 현재 자리에 잔류합니다. 다만 룸메이트가 퇴실할 경우 옆자리에는 신규입사자가 배정되며 청소 및 점검 등으로 각 실에 직원이 수시로 방문하게 됩니다. 해당 기간에 거주하는 학생은 방바닥, 옆 침대 및 복도 등에 짐이 없도록 정리하여 주시고, 휴가 등으로 장기 외박을 할 경우 외박대장에 신고하시고 짐 보관에 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.

다. 퇴사기간의 혼잡함을 이용해 도난사고가 발생될 경우를 방지하기 위해 개인 물품관리를 철저히 하여주시고, 룸메이트가 짐을 옮기던 중이라도 잠시 방을 비울 경우 문을 꼭 잠그고 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 상호간 협조하시기 바랍니다. (개인 사물 분실 시 생활관에서 책임지지 않음)

라. 방학 중에 거주자로 등록되지 않은 학생이 짐 보관 요청 또는 입실 협조 요청을 할 경우 거절해야 하며, 위반사항 확인 시 심각한 내규 위반에 해당되어 벌점부과 또는 강제퇴사 될 수 있습니다.

3. 2022-2학기 연장 납부 일정 : 2022.07.21(목) ~ 07.22(금)

**가상계좌 조회는 07.20(수) 10:00부터 생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 선발결과/청구서 확인

**연세우수, 정부초정 장학생은 7월 22일(금)까지 2학기 거주 여부를 muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr로 보내주세요.

Move-Out Date of 2022-1st semester and

2022-2nd semester Extension Guidelines

Please be aware of the following moving out guidelines for 2022-1st semester dormitory residents.

Plus for those who are accepted as a 2022-Summer dormitory resident please be noted of 2. & 3. guidelines.

1. Move-out (Object : Those who are not accepted to 2022-Summer Extension)

A. Move-out Date & Time : June 22(Wed.), 2022 BEFORE 12 / College of Dentistry June 25(Sat.), 2022 BEFORE 12

1) 1 Free parking for move out : June 18(Sat.), 2022 ~ June 25(Sat.), 2022

1 ticket per 1 dormitory resident (can be issued at a guard office)

2) Moving Out Box Sale are NOT available (Due to lack of order quantity(minimum 1000), there will be no moving-out box sale at dormitory. please prepare it personally in advance)

B. Return item(at guard office of each dormitory) : Mattress cover (do not remove waterproof cover),

Muak#3 room card key (Muak#2 - room card key if you are using it instead of student ID)

C. If there is any problem with the equipment (furniture, etc.).

※ When checking for damage or loss of equipment, penalty points should be imposed and actual expenses will be charged. (see separate instructions).

D. You MUST check out after taking out ALL your luggage and cleaning your room. Please dispose of all trash in the trash bin and in the separate recycle items.

E. Please note that any remaining luggage in the room after June 22(Wed.), 2022 noon(12PM) is considered to have been discarded and may be lost.

F. Penalties shall be imposed according to the rule if the following is not observed.

1) Failure to comply move out date and time (daily impo__sition until the move out)

2) If damage to the equipment in the room is found during inspection after move out

3) In case of personal luggage is placed in the room or storage at other dormitory student after moving-out

4) If you have a lot of things to throw away(trash) in your room

2. 2022-Summer Extension

A. Residing Period : June 22(Wed.), 2022 12:00 ~ August 20(Sat.), 2022 until 12:00 (Noon)

B. Assigned room number will be same without changing the room. However, if a roommate moves out, a new roommate might be assigned. Housing Office staff will visit each room frequently due to cleaning and inspection.

C. Students residing in the relevant period should be organized so that they do not have any luggage on the floor, next-side beds, and corridors, etc. If you stay out for a long time, please log-in to dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → 마이페이지 (My page) → 외박/복귀신고 (Sleep-out/Return Registration)

D. In order to prevent a theft accident during the moving out period, PLEASE guard your personal items thoroughly. Please, make sure to lock the door and prevent accidents if your roommate is moving their luggage. Please cooperate with your roommate (Housing Office is not responsible for personal loss)

E. If a student who is not accepted as a 2022-Summer dormitory resident, and ask to keep their belongings in your room, he/she shall refuse. In addition, if you check violations, you may be fined or forced move out because it is a serious violation of the rules.

3. 2022-2nd semester Extension Payment Period : July 21(Thur.), 2022 ~ July 22(Fri.), 2022

A. From July 20 (Wed), 2022 10:00, you can check at dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page → Application Status

B. KGSP and Yonsei scholarship students, please send your residence status for the 2022-2nd semester to muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr by July 22(Fri.), 2022.
