2022학년도 여름방학 퇴사 및 2학기 입사 안내

<무악 제 1,2,3학사 거주자>

2022학년도 여름방학 거주기간이 종료되어감에 따라 아래와 같이 퇴사 및 2학기 입사에 관한 안내사항을 공고하오니 사생여러분께서는 아래 안내를 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 퇴사 일시 및 절차 (대상 : 2학기 미등록 및 미선발자)

가. 일시 : 2022.08.20.(토) 12:00까지

1)퇴사차량 무료주차 확인 : 2022.08.17.(수) ~ 08.20.(토)까지 관리실에서 확인증 수령(1인 1매)

2)택배박스 판매는 주문 수량 부족으로 별도 판매되지 않으니 개별 준비하시기 바랍니다.

나. 절차 :

1)반납품목(관리실) : 매트리스커버(흰색방수커버는 반납X), 3학사 룸카드키(2학사 임시카드 사용시 반납)

2)가구체크 : https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/ 로그인→[MOVE-OUT(퇴사)] 클릭 → 호실점검표 작성→ 사진 업로드→ 서명→ 제출

비품(가구 등)에 이상이 있을 경우 미리 신고해주시고, 비품의 훼손 및 분실 확인 시 벌점 부과 및 실비 변상해야 합니다.

**호실점검표

다. 짐 반출 및 방 청소 후 퇴실하여야하며 모든 쓰레기는 쓰레기통 및 분리수거함에 버려주시기 바랍니다.

간혹 사용하던 물건을 방안에 버리고 가는 사생이 있습니다.

다음 입사자를 위하여 퇴사 시 모든 짐을 반출해주시기 바랍니다.

라. 2022.08.20(토) 낮 12:00 이후 방에 남은 짐은 버린 것으로 간주되어 폐기되오니 유의바랍니다.

마. 다음 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 사칙에 의하여 벌점부과 함.

1) 퇴사 일정 미준수(퇴사시까지 일별 부과) 2) 퇴사 후 점검시 방 안 비품의 훼손이 발견되었을 경우

3) 방 안에 개인 짐을 놓거나 잔류사생에게 맡기고 퇴사하는 경우 4) 방안에 버리고 가는 물건이 많을 경우

바. 퇴사기간의 혼잡함을 이용해 도난사고가 발생될 수 있으니 개인 물품은 철저히 관리하여 주시고, 짐을 옮기던 중이라도 잠시 방을

비울 경우 문을 꼭 잠그고 다니시기 바랍니다. 개인 사물 분실 시 생활관에서 책임지지 않음

2. 전체학사 청소 및 2학기 입사준비

가. 기간 : 2022.08.22.(월) ~ 08.26(금)

나. 내용 : 전 학사 사생실 청소 및 소독, 침구류세탁, 시설점검 및 보수, 냉장고 정리 등.

다. 2학기 납부가 완료된 사생은 호실 변경 없이 현재 방에서 거주합니다.(여름방학 신규입사자 포함)

라. 위 청소 기간 중 점검 및 소독 등으로 해당 직원이 방에 출입하게 되며, 방바닥 및 창틀에 짐이 없도록 정리하여 주세요.

Information of Summer Vacation Moving out & 

2022-2nd Semester Moving in

<For Current Residents of Muak#1, 2, 3> 

As the summer vacation period of 2022 is going over, we announce the information on moving out and in the second semester as follows. Please be aware of the information below.

1. Move Out (2022-2nd semester non-register)

A. DATE : Before 2022.08.20.(Sat) 12:00 Noon

1) Free Parking : 2022.08.17.(Wed) ~ 08.20(Sat) Get receipt at the guard office (1 per person)

2) Moving Out Box Sale are NOT available (Due to lack of order quantity(minimum 1000), there will be no moving-out box sale at dormitory. please prepare it personally in advance

※ Check the notice about Parcel Service(대한통운) on the Housing Office website.

B. Procedures :

1) Return item(at guard office of each dormitory) : Mattress cover (do not remove waterproof cover),

Muak#3 room card key / Muak#2 - room card key if you are using it instead of student ID

2) Website → LOG-IN → Click [MOVE-OUT] → Write check list → Upload a picture → Signature → Submit

If there is a problem with the equipment (furniture, etc.) of the room, please report it in advance

※ Penalty points is imposed and actual expenses will be charged for damage or loss of equipment.

3) Clean the room and must take all the luggages out. Manage the trashes into recycle bins.

4) After noon of 2022.08.20.(Sat), The luggage left in the room is considered abandoned and discarded. Do not leave your belongings.

5) Penalty points will be imposed if the followings are not observed.

① Failure to comply with the move-out schedule (Multiple impo__sition is possible until move-out)

② Damaged equipment be found after move out

③ Leave personal luggage in a room or another resident

④ Excessive items left in room

6) Due to the moving out congestion, take care of your personal items loss thoroughly. If you leave your room for a while, keep the door locked. In the event of personal loss, dormitory is not responsible.

2. Dormitory Cleaning & Preparation for 2022-2nd Semester Move-in

A. Period : 2022.08.22(Mon) - 08.26(Fri)

B. Detail : Clean and sanitate the entire room, bedding, facilities checking.

C. Current resident with 2022-2nd semester registered do not move out, maintain reside current room.

(including new residents of 2022-summer vacation)

D. During the cleaning period, staffs enters the room due to inspection, disinfection, etc.

Keep clean on the floor and window shelf.
