2021년도 생활관 냉방실시 계획 및 리모콘 수령절차 안내

2021학년도 하절기 냉방실시계획을 다음과 같이 안내하오니 에너지의 이용합리화에 적극 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 냉방계획기간 : 2021. 5. 24.(월) ~ 9. 17.(금)까지

  가. 학사별 리모컨 지급 : 2021.5.24.(월)부터 / 각 학사 관리실

  나. 리모컨 수령시 학생증 또는 신분증 지참

  다. 리모컨 분실 또는 고장 시 15,000원 본인 부담

2. 냉방기준온도(건강냉방온도) : 26 ~ 28℃

3. 냉방 기간 중 협조 의뢰 사항

 가. 냉방 기준 온도를 지켜주시기 바랍니다. 공용공간의 경우에도 실내온도가 26℃이상인 경우에 냉방을 실시합니다.

 나. 자체적으로 냉방기 본체 겉면 청소 등 유지관리를 철저히 하여 공기를 정화하고, 냉방병을 예방하며, 에너지를 절약할 수 있도록 협

     조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 다. 냉방기 오작동 시 생활관홈페이지(커뮤니티 → 시설수리 메뉴)에 수리 요청바랍니다.

- 리모컨 전원 OFF상태에서도 냉방기 본체 전원이 들어오는 경우

- 냉방기 주변 누수 또는 결로

- 냉방기 커버 닫힘 불량

2021 A/C Operation Plan & Receiving A/C remote control procedures

We inform you of the plan for air conditioning in the summer of 2021, so please cooperate by following the guidelines below.

1. A/C Operation Period: May 24(Mon.) ~ September 17(Fri.), 2021

  A. Receiving A/C remote control: Starting from May 24, 2021 (Mon) / at dormitory security guard’s office

  B. Bring your student ID or ID card when you receive the remote control.

  C. 15,000 won for lost or broken remote control.

2. Cooling standard temperature (government standard) : 26°C to 28°C

3. Guidelines during the cooling period

  A. Please keep the air conditioning standard temperature. Please use the A/C when the temperature is above 26℃ according to the government standard. Please avoid getting sick by over exposed to air conditioning

  B. Please manage the air conditioner in your room, such as cleaning the surface of the air conditioner and ventilate regularly.

  C. In the event of a malfunction of the air conditioner, Please submit the repair request after logging into the dorm.yonsei.ac.kr [community(커뮤니티) → facility repair menu(수리요청)]

Examples of malfunctioning

- The air conditioner's main body power is turned on even when the remote control is turned off.

- Leakage or condensation around the air conditioner

- Incorrect air conditioner cover closure
