2021학년 여름방학 입사자 발표

2021학년 여름방학 입사자로 선발된 학생은 아래 등록 및 입사 내용을 잘 숙지하시기 바랍니다.

1. 납부안내

가. 기 간 : 2021.06.14(월) 10:00 ~ 06.15(화) 23:00(기간내 미납시 입사 취소됨.)

나. 납부금 및 계좌 : 홈페이지→마이페이지→선발결과/청구서에서 확인

2. 입사시 제출 서류_미제출시 입사불가이며, 검사는 입사일 기준 5일이내 유효합니다.

가. 코로나-19 검사 결과지

(검사 결과를 문자나 이메일로 받은 경우 출력하여 이름과 학번을 기재하여 제출)

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지

다. 출입국 사실증명서

3. 호실은 임의 배정되며, 배정된 호실은 입사일에 학사 관리실에서 확인 가능

4. 입사안내

가. 입사일 : 2021.06.21(월) 체크시간 : 10:00 ~ 18:00사이_이후 다음날 입사 가능

나. 준 비 물 : 코로나, 흉부x선 검사 결과지 각 1부, 출입국사실증명서 1부. 신분증

개인 생활용품과 이불, 베개를 준비(기숙사에서는 침대시트 지급)

다. 입사절차 : 학사 관리실→신분증 확인 및 서류 제출 → 생활관 안내문수령 → 입사

마. 반입금지 품목 : 냉장고 및 전열기구(장판,다리미,포트, 밥통 등), 애완동물, 향초

5. 환불규정안내

가. 여름방학 공식 잔류 시작일(2021.06.21) 1일 전 취소시 : 전액 환불

나. 여름방학 공식 잔류 시작일(2021.06.21.)부터는 잔여일수 환불금에서 15만원 공제후 환불함.

(단, 강제 퇴사시 환불 금액의 70%를 환불)

주1) 2021.08.06(금)이후 퇴사시 환불금액 없음.

주2) 휴학, 퇴학 등으로 인한 학적변동시 학적변동일로부터 10일이내 퇴사하여야 하며, 환불규정은

위와 동일함.

주3) 정부초청장학생이 입사 취소할 경우에도 납부금이 없더라도 취소 신청서를 제출해야 하며

미제출시 기숙사비가 청구됩니다.

6. 무료주차 : 2021.06.21.(월) ~ 2021.06.23.(수) / 이후 주차는 유료입니다.

7. 안내사항 :

가. 코로나19로 기숙사내 식당이 영업을 중지한 상태임을 알려드리니 입사 결정에 참고해주시기 바라

며, 편의점은 무악3학사 무인편의점 이용가능 함.

나. 입사 후 6월 24(목), 6월 26일(토) 물탱크 청소가 진행되어 단수됨을 알려드립니다.

8. 여름방학 거주기간은 2021.08.20.(금) 낮12시까지로 종료됩니다.

2021-Summer Dormitory Result

Students selected for the summer dormitory of 2021, please be noted of the registration period and move-in details as below.

1. Payment (Registration)

A. Period : June 14(Mon.), 2021 10:00 ~ June 15(Tues.) 23:00

(Note: If you fail to register on time, your dormitory will be cancelled automatically.)

B. How to check dormitory fee and virtual personal account : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page(마이페 이지) → Application Status(선발결과/청구서)

2. Essential documents to submit on the move-in date_ (ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ONLY)

A. COVID-19 test result (within 5 days)

(If you receive test result via SMS from the public healthcare center, please capture the result including sender’s number and print out. Must write your name and student ID# on that paper.)

B. *Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

C. Certificate of Entry and Exit (Those who do not have ARC(Alien Registration Card) must issue the paper at Immigration Office. Immigration Contact Center 1345) (Certificate Date of Issue- At least 5 days before the Move-in Date, Period of Time- 30 days ahead of the Move-in Date)

* Please use Korean hospital/clinic in order to get the Chest X-ray, if you get tested in your foreign country you need to get a notarization of the result at a Korean Embassy in advance.

3. Rooms are assigned randomly, and rooms assigned can be checked at the security guard’s office when receiving the check-in envelope.

4. Move-in Guide

A. Move-in date: June 21(Mon.), 2021 10:00 ~ 18:00_after that time you can move in the next day

B. Things to prepare : COVID-19 test result, Chest X-ray, Certificate of Entry and Exit, and Student ID card. Personal items, blanket, pillow (Mattress cover will be provided)

C. Move-in procedures : Dormitory Lobby → ID check and submit move-in documents → Receive a move-in envelope → Move-in

D. Items that are not allowed to bring : Refrigerator and Heating Items which can cause a fire in the dormitory (electric heating pad, iron, kettle, rice cooker, candles etc), and pets.

5. Refund Policy

A. Cancellation 1 day before the offcial move-in date of 2021-Summer(June 21, 2021) : Fully Refund

B. After the official move-in date of 2021-Summer (2021.06.21.) refund will be made after deducting 150,000won according to the refund policy. (Note: When you forcefully checked-out due to violating dormitory rules, only 70% of refund will be refunded)

1) After August 6(Fri.), 2021 : No refund

2) If your academic status changes due to leave school, expelled etc, MUST move-out within 20 days and refund policy is same as above.

3) For KGSP students, if you plan to cancel the dormitory after successfully accepted to a dormitory, MUST apply for cancellation even if you are not subjected to pay the dormitory fee personally. Otherwise, dormitory fee will be charged.

6. Free Parking Period : June 21(Mon), 2021 ~ June 23 (Wed.), 2021 / Parking fee will be charged after the free parking period

7. Note :

A. Please be informed that due to COVID-19 cafeteria at Muak dormitory is not in business. Please consider that element when you apply for dormitory at Sinchon Campus. Unmanned Convenience Store is available at Muak #3.

B. On 24th(Thurs) and 26th(Sat) of June, 2021 there will be a water cut off in some dormitories due to the cleaning of water tanks according to school.

8. 2021-Summer Dormitory living period is until August 20(Fri.), 2021 12:00(Noon). In other words, Move-out date is August 20(Fri.), 2021 BEFORE 12(Noon)
