2021학년도 여름방학 퇴사 안내

<무악 제 1,2,3학사 거주자>

2021학년도 여름방학 거주기간이 종료되어감에 따라 아래와 같이 퇴사에 관한 안내사항을 공고하오니 사생여러분께서는 아래 안내를 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 퇴사 (대상 : 2학기 미등록자 및 여름방학기간 한시 입사자)

   가. 일자 : 2021.08.20.(금) 12:00까지

     1) 퇴사차량 무료주차 확인 : 2021.08.16.(월) ~ 08.20(금)까지 관리실에서 확인증 수령(1인 1매)

     2) 택배박스는 퇴사인원이 적어 박스 제작이 불가하여 별도 판매를 하지 못하니 개별 구입 후 2학사 무인접수대를 이용하시기 바랍니다.

        대한통운 택배 수기송장이용시 6000원! 무인접수대 5000원입니다

   나. 퇴사시 해당 학사 관리실로 에어컨리모콘, 시트커버, 룸 카드키(2.3학사)를 반납

   다. 방안의 비품(가구 등)에 이상이 있을 경우 미리 신고 후 퇴사바랍니다.

       ※비품의 훼손 및 분실 확인 시 벌점 부과 및 실비 변상 (별도 안내 참조) 하여야 합니다.

   라. 짐 반출 및 방 청소 후 퇴실하여야 하며 모든 쓰레기는 쓰레기통 및 분리수거함에 버려주세요.

   마. 2021.08.20(금) 낮 12:00 이후 방에 남은 짐은 버린 것으로 간주되어 폐기되니 놓고 가는 짐이 없도록 유의바랍니다.

   바. 다음 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 사칙에 의하여 벌점부과 함.

     1) 퇴사 일정 미준수(퇴사 시까지 중복 부과 가능)

     2) 퇴사 후 점검시 방 안 비품의 훼손이 발견되었을 경우

     3) 방 안에 개인 짐을 놓거나 잔류사생에게 맡기고 퇴사하는 경우

     4) 방안에 버리고 가는 물건이 많을 경우

2. 유의사항

   가. 퇴사기간의 혼잡함을 이용해 도난사고가 발생될 수 있으니 개인 물품은 철저히 관리하여 주세요.

       개인 사물 분실 시 생활관에서 책임지지 않음.

   나. 기숙사내 사생들의 안전을 위해 외부인 출입이 불가한 상태라 이삿짐을 챙겨주러 오신 부모님 출입이 불가함을 알려드립니다

Information of Summer Vacation Moving out & 2nd Semester Moving in

As the summer vacation period of 2021 is going over, we announce the information on moving out follows. 

Please be aware of the information below.

1. Move Out (2nd semester non-register / New residents only for Summer Vacation Period)

   A. DATE : Before 2021.08.20.(Fri) 12:00 Noon

     1) Free Parking : 2021.08.16.(Mon) ~ 08.20(Fri) Get receipt at the guard office (1 per person)

     2) Purchase the delivery box individually and use the unmanned reception desk at Muak #2

        Parcel Service(대한통운) Handwritten Invoice 6,000 KRW Unmanned Reception 5,000 KRW

   B. Return the A/C remote control, bed cover, room card key to the guard office

   C. If there is a problem with the equipment (furniture, etc.) of the room, please report it in advance

      ※ Penalty points is imposed and actual expenses will be charged for damage or loss of equipment

   D. Clean the room and must take all the luggages out. Manage the trashes into recycle bins.

   E. After noon of 2021.08.20.(Fri), The luggage left in the room is considered abandoned and discarded. Do not leave your belongings.

   F. Penalty points will be imposed if the followings are not observed.

     1) Failure to comply with the move-out schedule (Multiple impo__sition is possible until move-out)

     2) Damaged equipment be found after move out

     3) Leave personal luggage in a room or another resident

     4) Excessive items left in room

2. NOTE

   A. Due to the moving out congestion, take care of your personal items loss thoroughly.

      If you leave your room for a while, keep the door locked. In the event of personal loss, dormitory is not responsible.

   B. Parents who come to help you move in are also not allowed to enter the dormitory because outsiders are not allowed to enter the dormitory.
