>>2022-1학기 선발자 호실 이동 안내<<

2021학년 겨울방학 재실중인 학생중 2022-1학기 입사자로 선발된 학생은 호실 재배정 및 이동 대상으로 아래와 같이 일정을 알려드리니 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

아울러 선발자중 학부에서 대학원 신입생으로 소속이 변경된 경우 2월19일~2월27일 거주 대상 확인이 불가하니 행정실로 연락주세요.

1. 배정호실 확인 : 2022.02.18.(금) 18시부터 마이페이지 확인 가능 (전원 랜덤 배정됨)

가. 2022학년부터는 전원 2인실 배정함.

나. 룸메이트 신청

1) 일시 : 2022.02.17(목) 15:00 ~ 02.18(금) 12:00까지_이후 랜덤배정됨.

2) 절차 : 2인중 1인(대표)는 마이페이지→룸메이트→하단 메이트 신청→지정할 메이트의 학번과

이름을 입력 후 검색 추가 → 하단 신청하기 클릭 / 지목된 1인 학생은 마이페이지 → 룸메이트 → 하단 메이트 신청 수락 클릭

2. 호실 이동

가. 일시 : 2022.02.19(토) 09시 ~ 2022.02.20(일)

나. 절차 : ① 배정된 호실 확인 → ② 학사별 관리실 방문 → ③ 본인 확인 →

④ 1학사 객실 비번 확인 / 2·3학사 임시카드 수령 → ⑤ 짐 이동 →

⑥ 1학사 객실 비번 변경 / 3학사 이전 호실 카드 관리실로 반납

2학사 행정실로 방문(02.21 ~ 02.23) 학생증 등록 & 임시카드 반납

3. 협조사항 : 대청소 기간[2022.02.21(월) ~ 2022.02.25.(금)] 중 입사준비로 관계자가

호실을 출입하게 됨을 알려드리며, 룸메이트 자리에 짐이 없어야하며, 복도에 꺼내둔

개인 물품은 방안에 보관해주세요.

4. 입사체크: 2022.02.28(월) ~ 03.01(화)까지 10시 ~ 18시 사이

가. 절차 : 로비 → 신분증 확인 및 서류 제출 → 생활관 안내문수령 → 홈페이지 입주신청

나. 제출서류

①코로나-19 신속항원검사 음성확인서 입사일 기준 1일(24시간)

**신속항원검사 절차는 별도 공지예정

②출입국사실증명서 1부 입사일 기준 5일 이내

③흉부x선 검사 결과지 1부 입사일 기준 2개월 이내

**기간내 서류 미제출시 벌점 2점 부과(제출시까지 추가 부과)됨.

5. 위 2번,3번,4번 일정에 비협조시 사내질서 문란행위로 벌점이 부과되니 협조부탁드립니다.

생 활 관 

>>2022-1st Semester Room Rearrangement<<

The students selected for the 2022-1st semester among the students who are staying in the 2021-winter vacation will be notified of the schedule as follows for room rearrangement and movement.

If your affiliation is changed from undergraduate to graduate freshman among selected candidates, please contact Housing Office as it is not possible to confirm the residence between February 19th and February 27th.

1. Assigned Room Confirmation : 2022.02.18.(Fri) 18:00 Check on MY PAGE (ALL RANDOM ASSIGN)

A. From 2022-1st semester, all rooms will be double.

B. Roommate application

1) Period : 2022.02.17.(Thurs) 15:00 ~ 02.18.(Fri) 12:00 (After the period, random assign.)

2) Procedure : One of 2 apply on MY PAGE → ROOMMATE → APPLY MATE → Input details, search and add → Apply / The other one MY PAGE → ROOMMATE → Accept

2. Room Movement

A. Period : 2022.02.19.(Sat) 09:00 ~ 2022.02.20.(Sun)

B. Procedure : ① Check the assigned room → ② Visit the guard office for each dormitory → ③ Identification → ④ Get a password of newly assigned room at Muak#1 / Get a temporary card key from the guard office of Muak#2 & Muak#3 → ⑤ Luggage transfer →

⑥  Muak#1 : Change of room password

    Muak#2 : Visit or request Housing Office (Feb 21st~23rd) to provide access to newly assigned room and return temporary card

    Muak#3 : Return temporary card after moving

3. Cooperation Request : During the cleaning period, 2022.02.21.(Mon) ~ 2022.02.25.(Fri), we inform you that the cleaning staff will enter the room to prepare for moving in. There should be no luggage in the roommate's seat, and please keep personal items taken out in the hallway in the room.

4. Move-in : 2022.02.28.(Mon) ~ 03.01.(Tue) 10:00 ~ 18:00

A. Procedure : Lobby → ID verification and document submission → Receiving dormitory guide → Application for move-in to Housing Office website

B. Things to prepare

① COVID-19 negative confirmation of rapid antigen test (Valid within 1 days=24 hours)

**Details of procedure of rapid antigen test will be announced separately.

② Certificate of Entry and Exit (within 5 days)

③ Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

**2 penalty points will be charged if documents are not submitted within the period. (Additional charge until submission)

5. Notes : If you do not cooperate with the schedules of #2, #3, and #4 above, penalty points will be charged as a violation of internal order, so please cooperate.
