1. 학사별 입사일

가. 무악 1.2.3학사(간호대학&대학원) : 2022.02.28(월) ~ 03.01(화) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

나. 무악 3학사 치과대학(대학원제외) : 2022.02.26(토) ~ 02.27(일) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

다. 무악 4학사(고시동) : 2022.03.01(화) ~ 03.02(수) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

** 공지된 입사 시간 이후에는 입사 업무 종료로 데스크가 철수되어 입사가 불가하니 착오 없으시길

바랍니다.

2. 준 비 물- 입사 제출서류 미비 시 입사불가

가. 신속항원검사 음성확인서 1부_입사일 기준 1일 이내 검사분 유효

    자세한 발급 절차는 첨부파일 참조

   *확진자의 경우 격리해제확인서 또는 격리통지서로 대체 가능

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

다. 출입국 사실증명서 1부_입사일 기준 한달(예:2월1일 ~2월 27일)간의 출입국기록 출력

**겨울방학에서 선발되어 계속 거주중인 사생은 공식 입사일에 입사체크(서류제출)를 하셔야 합니다.

   절차 미진행시 벌점 2점이 부과되며, 제출시까지 중복 부과되니 일정놓치는 일이 없으시길 바랍니다. 

라. 기타

 1)코로나 및 기타 검사 비용은 본인부담임.

 2)입사일 기준으로 한달내 해외 출입국 내역이 있는 경우 입사가 보류될 수 있음.

 3)공증이 되지 않은 외국 진단서는 제출이 불가하오니 국내 의료기관을 이용바람.

 4)신분증 및 개인 용품과 이불, 베개를 준비(기숙사에서는 침대시트 지급)

3. 입사절차 : 로비 → 신분증 확인 및 서류 제출 → 생활관 안내문수령 → 입사 →홈페이지 입주신청

4. 반입금지 품목 : 냉장고 및 전열기구(장판, 다리미, 포트, 밥통 등), 애완동물, 향초

5. 해외입국자 안내

가. 입국 후 7일간 자가 격리 후 입사가능(기숙사에는 별도의 격리시설 없음)

나. 입사 당일 출입국 사실증명서 입국일이 7일이 경과하지 않았을 경우 입사 불가

6. 택배 발송 : 입사일 하루 전쯤 도착하게 하시고, 현관에 도착한 택배를 직접 찾아야 하니 박스에

학사와 이름을 크게 표시해주세요.

7. 코로나 상황으로 입사자 외에는 출입이 불가하니 부모님이 동행하는 학생은 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

2022-1st Semester Move-in Guidance

                             Sinchon Campus Dormitory

1. Move-in Date

A. Muak#1, #2 : 2022.02.28(Mon)~03.01(Tue) 10:00~18:00

B. Muak#3 (College & Graduate School of Nursing) : 22.02.26(Sat)~02.27(Sun) 10:00~18:00

C. Muak#3 College of Dentistry (Except for Graduate School) : 22.02.26(Sat)~02.27(Sun) 10:00~18:00

D. Muak#4 (National exam related students) : 2022.03.01(Tue)~03.02(Wed) 10:00~18:00

* After the announced time, the check-in desk will be closed, and you will not be able to move-in.

2. Things to prepare Cannot move-in without essential documents

A. The negative confirmation certificate of the rapid antigen test (Valid within 1 day)

▶ Check Guide of Rapid Antigen Test Negative Confirmation from the attached file

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

C. Certificate of Entry and Exit (within 1 month) (ex: from Feb 1st to Feb 27th)

* Students who were selected during winter vacation and are still living must check-in (submit documents) on the official move-in date. If you do not proceed with the procedure, 2 penalty points will be charged. Penalty points will be charged until submission, so please do not miss the schedule.

D. Notes

1) COVID-19 and other tests fee is under personal expenses.

2) Those who have been abroad within a month can be an object of delayed move-in.

3) Foreign medical certificates that are not notarized cannot be submitted, so please use domestic medical institution for a check-up.

4) Prepare ID, personal items, blankets, and pillows (Mattress covers are provided at the dormitory)

3. Procedure : Dormitory Lobby → ID check and submit move-in documents → Receive a move-in envelope → Move-in → Application for move-in to the website

4. Items that are not allowed to bring : Refrigerator and Heating Items which can cause a fire in the dormitory (electric heating pad, iron, kettle, rice cooker, etc), pets and candles.

5. Oversea Arrival Students

A. Self quarantine 7 days after entry (No facilities for quarantine in dormitory)

B. If 7 days have not passed in Certificate of Entry & Exit, cannot move-in.

6. Parcel Delivery

Make it arrive a day ahead of move-in date. Students should take their parcels themselves from the main gate so write name and address in large font.

7. Due to COVID-19 situation, please note that parents are not allowed to enter the dormitory.
