 2020-여름방학 거주 일정 안내

<무악학사 및 우정원>

1. 여름방학 거주기간

   가. 기존 잔류자 : 2020.6.27.(토) ~ 8.21.(금) 12:00까지

  나. 신규입사생 : 2020.6.29.(월) ~ 2020.7.25.(토)까지

  다. 무악4학사 리모델링 공사가 8월 말부터 진행되오니, 4학사 잔류자는 일정 관리에 유념하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 환불규정안내

  가. 여름방학 공식 잔류 시작일(2020.6.27.토) 1일 전 취소시 : 전액 환불

  나. 여름방학 공식 잔류 시작일(2020.6.27.토)(※신규입사자 2020.6.30.화)부터 납부한 금액에서 15만원을 공제한 후  잔여 일수에 대하여 환불함.

    주1) 2020.8.7(금) 낮 12시 이후 퇴사시 환불금액 없음

    주1-1) 신규입사자는 2020.6.30.(화) 이후 취소시 환불금액 없음

    주2) 2020.8.7(금) 낮 12시까지 강제퇴사 시, 납부된 기숙사비에서 15만원을 공제한 후 잔여일 수 환불금액의 70%를 환불한다. 이후 강제퇴사 시 환불금액이 없음.

    주3) 휴학, 퇴학 등으로 인한 학적변동시 학적변동일로부터 10일이내 퇴사하여야 하며, 환불규정은 위와 동일함.

    주4) 정부초청장학생이 입사 취소할 경우에도 납부금이 없더라도 취소 신청서를 제출해야하며, 미제출시 기숙사비가 청구됩니다.

3. 주요안내

  가. 비어있는(또는 비게 될) 옆 자리에는 신규입사자가 배정됩니다.

       이에 청소 및 점검 등으로 기숙사 직원 및 사감이 수시 방문 합니다. 사생 여러분께서는 방바닥, 옆자리 침대 및 책상 등에 짐이 없도록 정리하여 주시고, 휴가 등으로 장기 외박을 할 경우 외박대장에 신고 및 짐 보관에 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.

  나. 장기여행 계획시, 퇴사일을 넘기지 않도록 유의바랍니다.

 

2020-Summer Vacation Remaining Guide

1. Summer Vacation Residing Period 

 A. Dormitory Residents : June 27th (Sat.), 2020 ~ August 21st (Fri.), 2020 by 12PM

 B. New Dormitory Residents for Summer Seasonal Courses : June 29th (Mon.) ~July 25th (Sat.), 2020 by 12:00

 C. As announced several times, Muak #4 is scheduled for remodelling and cannot extend the stay after summer.

2. Refund Policy (Until 12:00PM, 7th of August, 2020)

  A. Refund 1 day before 27th(Sat.) of June, 2020: Full Refund

  B. Refund after 27th(Sat.) of June, 2020 : After 150,000won deduction, refund the rest (calculate by day)

     1) Refund end date : August 7(Fri.), 2020 before 12:00p.m.
         ※ For summer seasonal students, 30th(Tues.) of June, 2020

    2) If you are forced checked-out due to violating dormitory rules etc, 70% of refund amount will be refunded      

        (After 150,000 deduction, refund the rest (calculate by day))

    3) If academic status of the dormitory student changes, due to leave of semester, drop out, must check out from the dormitory within 10days of the change,

and the refund policy is same as above.

    4) KGSP students MUST apply for dormitory cancellation/refund application when check-out. Otherwise, dormitory fee will be charged every month.

3. Note

  A. Currently not assigned roommate’s spot will be assigned to new dormitory residents. Therefore, the guard,  cleaning ladies, and mechanic will visit your room for check-in preparation(cleaning, disinfection, water tank cleaning, bed clothes cleaning, and facility check-up & repairing). Please keep your bed and desk tidy and do not put your belongings on  the floor and on your roommate’s side. If you leave dormitory for a long time, please visit guard’s office and Please fill out a long term stay out overnight list.  

  B. Please be aware of the move-out date and do not miss the date and time due to travelling.
