생활관 2022학년도 여름방학 입사자 발표

<무악학사 여름방학 신규 신청자 대상>

2022학년도 여름방학 입사자로 선발된 학생은 아래 등록 및 입사 내용을 잘 숙지하시기 바랍니다.

**국제캠퍼스 소속 2022학번 신청자 중 계절학기 등록을 하지 않을 경우 선발이 취소됨을 알려드리니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

1. 납부안내

가. 기 간 : 2022.06.15(수) 17:00 ~ 06.17(금) 23:00_미납(마감시간 후 납부포함)시 선발 취소됨

나. 납부금 및 계좌 : 홈페이지→마이페이지→선발결과/청구서에서 확인 (납부정보는 납부기간내에 확인이 가능합니다."라고 뜨는경우는 탈락입니다.)

2. 입사시 필수 서류 제출_미제출시 입사 불가

가. 신속항원검사 음성확인서 1부_입사일 기준 1일 이내 검사분 유효

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

3. 호실 배정은 랜덤으로 진행되며, 배정된 호실은 2022.06.24(금)13시부터 마이페이지 확인 가능

가. 룸메이트 신청(호실 지정 불가로 납부를 완료한 신규 입사자끼리만 가능)

1) 일시 : 2022.06.20(월) 14:00 ~ 17:00까지_이후 랜덤배정됨.

2) 절차 : 2인중 1인(대표)는 마이페이지→룸메이트→하단 메이트 신청→지정할 메이트의 학번과 이름을 입력 후 검색 추가→하단 신청하기 클릭 / 지목된 1인 학생은 마이페이지→룸메이트→하단 메이트 신청 수락 클릭

4. 입사안내

가. 입사일 : 2022.06.25(토) 체크시간 : 10:00 ~ 17:00사이_이후 입사는 06.27(월)부터 평일만 가능

나. 준 비 물 : 학생증, 신속항원검사지, 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지, 개인 생활용품과 이불, 베개를 준비(기숙사에서는 침대시트 지급)

다. 입사절차 : 무악 4학사 행정실 → 학생증 확인 및 서류 제출 → 생활관 안내문수령 → 입사

라. 반입금지 품목 : 냉장고 및 전열기구(장판,다리미,포트, 밥통 등), 애완동물, 향초

5. 무료주차 : 2022.06.25(토) ~ 2022.06.29(수)까지며, 이후 주차는 유료입니다.

6. 환불규정안내

가. 공식 잔류 시작일(2022.06.25) 1일 전 취소시 : 전액 환불

나. 공식 잔류 시작일(2022.06.25)부터 취소는 잔여일수 환불금에서 15만원 공제 후 환불함.

단, 강제 퇴사시 환불 금액의 70%를 환불하며, 2022.07.26(화)이후 퇴사시 환불금액 없음.

7. 안내사항 :

가. 코로나19로 기숙사내 식당이 영업을 중지한 상태임을 알려드립니다.

나. 개인 짐을 택배로 발송 할 경우 퇴사 짐들과 섞여 분실 우려가 있으니 입사일 또는 후에 도착하도록 하시고, 현관에 도착한 택배를 직접 찾아야 하니 박스에 “신규입사자, 호실, 이름”을 크게 적어주세요.

다. 여름방학 거주기간은 2022.08.20(토) 낮12시부로 종료되어 이후 거주가 불가합니다.

2022-Summer Dormitory Result

Students selected for the summer dormitory of 2022, please be noted of the registration period and move-in details as below.

The selection will be canceled if you do not register for the seasonal semester among applicants for the class of 2022 belonging to the international campus.

1. Payment

A. Period : 2022.06.15(Wed) 17:00 ~ 06.17(Fri) 23:00 (Unpaid selection will be called off.)

B. How to check dormitory fee and virtual personal account : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page(마이페이지) → Application Status(선발결과/청구서)

2. Essential documents to submit on the move-in date (Cannot move-in without documents)

A. The negative confirmation certificate of the rapid antigen test (Valid within 1 day)

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

3. Rooms are assigned randomly, and rooms assigned can be checked at MY PAGE (마이페이지) from 2022.06.24(Fri) 13:00.

A. Roommate application (Unable to designate a room and available only to new dormitory residents who have completed payment)

1) Period : 2022.06.20(Mon) 14:00 ~ 17:00 (After the period, random assign.)

2) Procedure : One of 2 apply on MY PAGE → ROOMMATE → APPLY MATE → Input details, search and add → Apply / The other one MY PAGE → ROOMMATE → Accept

4. Move-in Guide

A. Move-in date : 2022.06.25(Sat) 10:00 ~ 17:00 after that time you can move in on only weekdays from 06.27(Mon)

B. Things to prepare : Student ID card, the negative confirmation certificate of the rapid antigen test, Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result), personal items, blanket, pillow (Mattress cover will be provided)

C. Move-in procedures : Housing Office at Muak #4 → ID check and submit move-in documents → Receive a move-in envelope → Move-in

D. Items that are not allowed to bring : Refrigerator and Heating Items which can cause a fire in the dormitory (electric heating pad, iron, kettle, rice cooker, candles etc), and pets

5. Free Parking : 2022.06.25(Sat) ~ 2022.06.29(Wed) After that, parking is charged.

6. Refund Policy

A. Cancellation 1 day before the official move-in date (2022.06.25) : Fully Refund

B. After the official move-in date (2022.06.25) refund will be made after deducting 150,000 KRW and refund the rest (calculated by day).

* When you forcefully moved-out, only 70% of refund will be refunded.

** Cancellation after 2022.07.26(Tue), there will be no refund.

7. Note :

A. Restaurant is closed due to COVID-19.

B. Parcel Delivery : Make it arrive on or after the date of move-in, since there is a risk of it getting mixed with the leaving luggage. Students should take there parcels themselves from the main gate so write name and address in large font.

C. 2022-Summer Dormitory residence period ends at 12:00(Noon) on August 20, 2022 (Sat), and residence after that is not possible.
