If you want to check-out from Woojungwon

1. Write the following and send an e-mail to muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr 3 days prior to check-out.

Title : Woojungwon check-out

Content : write room number, name, student number, check-out date and

attach a copy of the bankbook to be refunded (only for domestic accounts)

2. On the check-out day, please return the room card key & the mattress cover to the guard office before check-out.

3. It takes about 10 days to get a refund.

4. Refund Policy

A. Cancellation after 23rd June : Deduct 20% of dormitory fee and refund the rest (calculated by day)

B. Cancellation after 29th June (4-weeks) / 22nd July (6-weeks) : No Refund
