                                           생활관 2022학년도 겨울방학 서류 제출자 발표

<겨울방학 신규 신청자 대상>

1차에 선발된 학생은 아래 필수 서류를 기간내 제출하시기 바랍니다.

겨울방학 전체 기간[2022.12.24.(토) ~ 2023.02.15.(수)]이며, 2023-1학기 거주와는 무관함을 알려드리니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

1. 서 류 제 출

가. 제출 기간 : 2022.12.12.(월) 13:00 ~ 12.14(수) 23:00

나. 제출 방법 : 홈페이지→마이페이지 → 입사신청내역 →서류 업로드(파일첨부)

※ 신촌캠퍼스 간호대학, 치과대학 학생, 외국인유학생은 제출대상에서 제외 (라-1 ~ 라-6에 해당하는 서류)

※ "코로나19 안전동의서"는 필수제출 서류입니다.

다. 해당 서류 PDF파일 업로드

첨부는 3개까지 가능하며, 3개 이상일 경우 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서, 기타(묶음)로 업로드,

파일에 비밀번호 설정시 확인불가로 탈락됨을 알려드리니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

라. 제출 서류

공통 : 코로나19 안전동의서 1부(생활관 홈페이지 서식자료실 양식 다운받아 작성 후 기타서류에 업로드)

1) 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서 각 1부.

2) 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우

- 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

3) 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우

- 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

4) 해외거주자

- 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)

- 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114

5) 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주 중일 경우

- 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

6) 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상

라. 제출 서류 주의사항(아래 주의 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 서류 미비로 탈락 될 수 있음)

1) 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수(이름을 * 표시 하지 말 것)

2) 주민등록번호 생년월일을 제외한 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출

3) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2022.11.11(금) 이후

4) 주의 사항 미준수, 서류미비, 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청에서 제외함

2. 기숙사비 납부

가. 대상 : 서류 제출 최종 합격자

나. 일시 : 2022.12.19(월) 11:00 ~ 12.20(화) 23:00까지_미납시 입사취소

생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 선발 대상 개인별로 부여되는 가상계좌로 입금

3. 입사시 필수 서류 제출_미제출시 입사 불가

가. 코로나19 자가키트 검사(입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분 유효) 결과지 1부

*검사한 키트를 촬영하고 프린트해서 이름, 호실, 촬영 날짜, 촬영 시간을 자필로 기재

**촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용해도 됨

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

4. 입사일시 : 2022.12.24(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

** 입사 절차는 각 학사 로비에서 진행되며, 공식 입사일 이후 입사 체크는 12월 26일(월)부터 평일만

가능하며, 생활관 행정실[09:00 ~17:00_12시~13시 점심시간 제외]로 방문해주세요.

※ 상기 일정은 학교 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

6. 추가안내사항 :

가. 계절학기 취소시에도 겨울방학 기간 거주 가능함

나. 송도캠퍼스 강제퇴사자 대조작업이 진행 중이라 서류 제출대상자중 강제퇴사 이력이 있는 경우

자동 탈락됨을 알려드리니 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

2022-Winter Dormitory Result & Submission of Documents for Dormitory

Students selected for the winter dormitory of 2022 are requested to submit the required documents within the period.

※ The period of residence for the 2022-Winter is from 2022.12.24.(Sat) to 2023.02.15(Wed).

※ 2022-Winter has nothing to do with residency in the 2023-1st semester.

1. Required documents for those who are accepted on the 1st Round

A. Upload period : 2022.12.12.(Mon) 13:00 ~ 12.14(Wed) 23:00

B. How to upload : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page → below → Attach files

(Foreigner, College of Dentistry and Nursing of Sinchon Campus students are excluded from submission of C-2~C-7.)

C. Required documents {upload PDF file}

* You can attach up to 3 attachments, so if there are more than 3, upload them together as one file (ex: Resident Registration Certificate, Family Relationship Certificate, etc)

** If you set a password in the file, you are rejected from the dormitory selection because it cannot be verified.

1) COVID-19 Safety Agreement (Download the form from Form Resources and submit it after signing)

[Students from College of Dentistry & Nursing and foreign students only need to submit C-1).]

2) If the parent and student reside in the same residence as a domestic resident : A copy of Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

3) If the residence of the father, mother, and student is different : A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the father, mother, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

4) If the student is from a single parent (father or mother death, divorce, etc.)

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the parent living together, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate (issued in the name of the father or mother)

5) Overseas residents : A certified copy of the Overseas Korean Register of the student and student's family & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

※ Issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Korea (02-2100-2114)

6) If the parent is abroad and the student is residing in Korea : A copy of the parent's Overseas Korean Register & a copy of the student's Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

7) Disabled : A copy of Certificate of the Disabled person (Priority will be given to applicants who meet the requirements)

D. Precautions (Failure to observe the following precautions may result in disqualification due to insufficient documents)

1) The names of all family members and their relationship to the head of the household are required (Do not put * on names)

2) The last digits of the resident registration number, except for the date of birth, are issued with a * or erased in black before submitting.

3) Validity of submitted documents : issued after 2022.11.11.(Fri)

4) Excluded from application for dormitory when verifying false information, lack of documents, fake documents, etc.

2. Final Round Result : 2022.12.19.(Mon) 11:00

3. Dormitory Fee Payment :

2022.12.19(Mon) 11:00 ~ 12.20(Tues) 23:00 (Unpaid selection will be called off.)

dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page → Application Status → check your personal virtual account number and dormitory fee

4. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date (cannot move-in without them)

A. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

* Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.

** You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

5. Move-in : 2022.12.24(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00

* Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 on weekdays. (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)

** You CANNOT move in on Christmas. (From Dec 26th and only on weekdays)

7. Additional information :

A. Even if you cancel the winter class, you can live during the winter vacation.

B. We are checking the forced move-out from Songdo campus, so if there is a history of forced move-out among those subject to submission of documents, it will be automatically eliminated.
