                                             >>2022학년도 겨울방학 생활관 입사자 발표 안내<<

-무악학사.우정원 대상-

생활관 입사자로 선발된 학생은 아래의 납부 및 입사 절차를 잘 숙지해주시기 바랍니다.

1. 납부안내

가. 생활관 홈페이지 마이페이지 선발결과 조회에서 가상계좌와 기숙사비 확인

나. 납부 기간 : 2022.12.19(월) 11:00 ~ 12.20(화) 23:00까지_미납(납기일 이후 납부포함)시 선발 취소됨

2. 호실 배정은 랜덤으로 진행되며, 배정된 호실은 2022.12.22(목)16시부터 마이페이지 확인 가능

가. 룸메이트 신청(신규 입사자끼리만 가능/재실중인 학생은 호실배정 대상이 아니므로 룸메이트 지정불가)

1) 일시 : 2022.12.21(수) 09:00 ~ 13:00까지_이후 랜덤배정됨.

2) 절차 : 2인중 1인(대표)는 마이페이지→룸메이트→하단 메이트 신청→지정할 메이트의 학번과 이름을 입력 후 검색 추가

→하단 신청하기 클릭 / 지목된 1인 학생은 마이페이지→룸메이트→하단 메이트 신청 수락 클릭

3. 입사취소 환불규정

가. 겨울방학 공식 입사 시작 1일 전 취소 시 : 전액 환불

나. 겨울방학 공식 공식 입사 시작일부터 취소 시 전액환불 불가, 잔여 일수 환불금에서 15만원을 공제 후 환불됨.

다. 2023.02.03(금) 이후 중도 퇴사 시 환불금액 없음.

1) 강제퇴사 시 기숙사비 반환은 책정된 환불금액의 90%를 환불. .

2) 휴학, 퇴학 등으로 인한 학적변동 시 학적변동일로부터 10일 이내 퇴사하여야 하며, 환불규정은 위와 동일함.

3) 정부초청장학생 납부금이 없더라도 입사 취소 또는 중도 퇴사 시 신청서를 제출해야함. 미제출시 취소에 따른 기숙사비가 청구될 수 있음.

4. 입사 안내

가. 준 비 물 : 입사 제출서류 미비 시 입사불가

1)코로나19 자가키트 검사(입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분 유효) 결과지 1부

*검사한 키트를 촬영하고 프린트해서 이름, 호실, 촬영 날짜, 촬영 시간을 자필로 기재

**촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용해도 됨

***해외입국자 PCR검사 결과지 제출 가능

2)흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

3)신분증 및 개인 용품과 이불, 베개를 준비(기숙사에서는 침대시트 지급)

나. 입 사 일 : 2022.12.24(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

다. 입사절차 : 배정된 학사 로비 → 학생증, 필수서류 제출 → 유인물 수령 후 입사

라. 유의사항 : 입사체크 시간 이후 무인으로 전환되어 입사체크가 불가하니 공식 입사일을 지켜주시고,

부득이하게 입사가 늦어질 경우 평일(09시~17시/점심시간제외)에 무악 4학사 행정실로

방문하셔서 입사체크를 진행해주시기 바랍니다.

마. 반입금지 품목 : 냉장고 및 전열기구(장판, 다리미, 포트, 밥통 등), 애완동물, 향초

5. 무료주차 : 공식 입사 기간 중 1회 한하며, 해당기간 외에는 유료주차입니다.

6. 택배 발송 : 퇴사자 짐과 섞이지 않도록 입사일 하루 전쯤 도착하게 하시고, 학사 로비에 도착한 택배를 직접 찾아야 하니 박스에 학사와 이름을 크게 표시해주세요.

>>2022-Winter Dormitory Result<<

-For new applicants for Muak & Woojungwon-

Students selected for the winter dormitory of 2022,

please be noted of the payment period and move-in details as below.

1. Payment

A. Period : 2022.12.19(Mon) 11:00 ~ 12.20(Tue) 23:00 (Unpaid selection will be called off.)

B. How to check dormitory fee and virtual personal account

: dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → My page(마이페이지) → Application Status(선발결과/청구서)

2. Rooms are assigned randomly, and rooms can be checked at MY PAGE from 12.22(Thur) 16:00.

A. Roommate application (available only to new dormitory residents who have completed payment)

1) Period : 2022.12.21(Wed) 09:00 ~ 13:00 (After the period, random assign.)

2) Procedure : One of 2 apply on MY PAGE → ROOMMATE → APPLY MATE → Input details, search and add → Apply / The other one MY PAGE → ROOMMATE → Accept

3. Refund Policy

A. Cancellation 1 day before the official move-in date : Fully Refund

B. Cancellation on and after Move-in date (No Full Refund) : Deduct 150,000 KRW and refund the rest (calculated by day)

C. Cancellation after 2023.02.03(Fri) : No Refund

1) When you forcefully moved-out, only 90% of refund will be refunded.

2) In the event of a change in student status due to a leave of absence, expulsion, etc., he/she shall leave the dormitory within 10 days from the date of change in school, and the refund policy shall be the same as above.

3) For KGSP students, if you plan to cancel the dormitory after successfully accepted to a dormitory, MUST apply for cancellation even if you are not subjected to pay the dormitory fee personally. Otherwise, dormitory fee will be charged.

4. Move-in Guide

A. Essential documents to submit on the move-in date (Cannot move-in without documents)

1) COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

*Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.

**You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

***Overseas entrants can submit a PCR test result.

2) Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

3) Prepare ID Card and personal belongings, bedding (Mattress cover will be provided)

B. Move-in date : 2022.12.24(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00

C. Procedures : Dormitory Lobby → ID check and submit move-in documents → Receive a move-in envelope → Move-in

D. Note : Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 on weekdays (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)

E. Items that are not allowed to bring : Refrigerator and Heating Items which can cause a fire in the dormitory (electric heating pad, iron, kettle, rice cooker, candles etc), and pets.

5. Free Parking : Free once during the official move-in date, after that, parking fee will be charged.

6. Parcel Delivery : Make it arrive a day ahead of move-in date. Students should take there parcels by themselves from the lobby, so write name and address in large font.
