                                                  2022학년도 겨울방학 추가 신규 입사신청 안내

-무악학사.우정원 대상-

2022학년도 겨울방학 추가 신청은 거주지 제한 없이 연세대학교 재학생인 경우 서울거주자도 신청가능하여 주소지 관련 서류는 제출하지 않는 것으로 합니다.

단, 서류 미제출 신청은 2022학년도 겨울방학 추가 신청에 한함이니 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

겨울방학 거주기간 종료는 [2023.02.15.(수) 낮 12시까지]며, 2023-1학기 거주와는 무관함.

1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법

가. 지원 자격

1) 연세대학교 신촌, 국제, 미래캠퍼스 재학생

2) 2022-2학기 연세대학교 소속의 학부, 대학원 재학생 중 2022-1학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기) 성적이 1.7/4.3이상, 대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상인 자

나. 선발 방법 : 강제퇴사자를 제외하고 공실 내에서 수시 선발 예정

2. 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사별 거주대상 및 주요 안내

**무악 1학사는 방학 중 호실내 시설 공사가 진행될 예정임을 알려드리니 신청시 참고바랍니다.

3. 입사 신청 기간 및 방법

이번 신청부터는 생활관 홈페이지 시스템이 아닌 포털 시스템으로 신청, 온라인 신청과 동시에 [코로나19 안전동의서]만 업로드 하면 신청이 완료됨.

가. 추가 신청 기간 : 2022.12.26(월) 10:00 ~ 12.30(금) 17:00 마감

나. 코로나19 안전동의서 1부(생활관 홈페이지 서식자료실 양식 다운받아 서명 후 업로드)

다. 연세포털 신청 방법 예시는 생활관 홈페이지 공지사항 참고 (클릭)

4. 합격자 발표 신청 후 2일이내 개별통지 예정

합격 및 납부금 조회는 포털 입사정보조회에서 확인

5. 입사시 필수 서류 제출_미제출시 입사 불가

가. 코로나19 자가키트 검사(입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분 유효) 결과지 1부

*검사한 키트를 촬영하고 프린트해서 이름, 호실, 촬영 날짜, 촬영 시간을 자필로 기재

**촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용해도 됨

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

6. 입사일시 : 2022.12.28.(수) 이후 수시

** 입사 절차는 무악 4학사 생활관 행정실[09:00 ~17:00_12시~13시 점심시간 제외]에서 진행함.

2022-Winter Dormitory Additional Application Guide

-For Muak & Woojungwon-

Seoul residents can also apply for the 2022-Winter if they are enrolled in Yonsei University without restrictions on their residence.

However, the application for non-submission of documents is limited to additional applications for the 2022-Winter.

※ The period of residence for the 2022-Winter ends 2023.02.15(Wed) until noon.

※ 2022-Winter has nothing to do with residency in the 2023-1st semester.

1. Eligibility & Selection

A. Eligibility

1) Yonsei U http:// niversity Student of Sinchon, International and Mirae Campus

2) 2022-2nd semester enrolled undergraduate students and graduates students of Yonsei University and previous semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 (Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3 (Graduate) or above

B. Selection : Selection will be made from time to time in the vacant rooms except for those who are forced out of dormitory.

2. Application period and methods

From this application, the application is through the portal system, not the dormitory website, and uploading the [COVID-19 Safety Agreement] at the same time as applying online

A. Additional Application Period : 2022.12.26(Mon) 10:00 ~ 12.30(Fri) 17:00

3. Individual notification is scheduled within 2 days of application for the announcement of successful applicants.

4. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date (cannot move-in without them)

A. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

*Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.

**You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

5. Dormitory Fee & Facilities

**During the winter vacation, the in-room facility construction of Muak #1 is scheduled.

6. Move-in : From time to time after December 28, 2022 (Wed)

** The move-in procedure is conducted at the Housing Office located at Muak#4, Bldg. B on weekdays. (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)
