※ 생활관은 별도 격리시설이 없어 코로나19 확진 시 재택 또는 외부숙소에서 7일간 격리를 하고 재입사해야 합니다.

1. 지원 자격

가. 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인 유학생 중

1) 2023-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 음악대학 학부과정 신입생 (음악대학을 제외한 학과 학생은 국제캠퍼스 입사 신청안내문을 확인바랍니다.)

2) 2023-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 편입학 신입생

나. 2023-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 치과대학 학부재학생 중 2022-2학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기) 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상인 자

❇유의 사항:

▶신촌 학사별 중복지원 불가, 국제캠퍼스 이중지원은 불가함.

▶입사 후 휴학 시 퇴사대상임.

4. 입사 신청 기간 및 방법

가. 인터넷 신청 기간 : 2023. 2. 8.(수) 09:00~ 2. 10.(금) 12:00

나. 신청 방법 : (PC에서만 신청 가능)연세포털 로그인 → 학사정보시스템 클릭 → 기숙사

*온라인 신청시 4의 보호자 주소지 관련 서류를 업로드 해야 신청 완료됨.

5. 제출서류

**간호대학, 치과대학, 외국인유학생은 코로나19 안전동의서만 제출

**공통: 코로나19 안전동의서 1부. (생활관 홈페이지 서식자료실 양식 작성 후 업로드)

가. 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서 각1부

나. 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우 : 부, 모의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

다. 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우 : 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

라. 해외거주자 : 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서 ※ 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114

마. 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주중일 경우 : 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

바. 부 또는 모가 외국국적인 경우 : 4의 가~마 주소지 관련 서류 + 국내거주시 거소사실증명서 1부, 해외거주시 해당국가 거주증명서 1부

사. 장애인 : 장애인센터를 통해 확인된 경우 우선선발

6. 제출 서류 주의사항

가. 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수(이름을 * 표시 하지 말 것)

나. 개인정보보호를 위해 주민등록번호 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출

다. 제출서류 유효기간 : 2023. 1. 7.(토) 이후 발급분

라. 주의사항 미준수, 서류미비, 허위서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청에서 제외함.

마. 제출 서류 오류 또는 미비시 별도 연락은 하지 않음.

7. 입사자 발표 및 납부_연세포털 [입사정보조회]에서 확인

가. 발표: 2023. 2. 17.(금) 10:00

나. 납부: 2023. 2. 17.(금) 10:00~ 2. 18.(토)23시까지_이후 입금이 불가하며, 미납시 선발 취소됨.

8. 입사시 필수 서류 제출_ 두 가지 서류는 반드시 프린트하여 종이로 제출

가. 코로나19 검사는 신속항원검사 결과지 또는 자가키트 검사지 1부.

*입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분만 유효

*자가키트로 검사할 경우 촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용하여 촬영 후 프린트해서 종이로 제출

*코로나19 관련 서류는 입사 시점에 변경될 수 있음.

나. 흉부 x선 결핵검사 결과지 1부_입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효

*외국에서 검사하는 경우 공증된 영문 결과지만 제출 가능함.

9. 입사

가. 일시: 2023.02.28(화) ~ 03.01(수)까지, 입사체크 시간: 10:00 ~ 18:00사이 [치과대학 : 2023. 2. 26.(일), 입사체크 시간: 10:00 ~ 18:00사이]

* 입사일은 학사일정을 기준하므로 해당 일정 외 입사는 불가함.

나. 절차: 배정된 학사 로비 → 학생증, 필수서류 제출 → 유인물 수령 후 입사

다. 유의사항: 공식 입사일을 지켜주시고, 부득이하게 입사가 늦어질 경우 평일(09시~17시/점심 시간제외)만 가능하며, 무악 4학사 행정실로 방문하셔야 하니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

1. Eligibility

A. Locals (exclusive of Seoul), Overseas Koreans (based on the parents’residence), and Foreigners

1) 2023-1st semester freshmen of College of Music of Sinchon Campus

(Students from departments other than College of Music should check the application guide for the International Campus)

2) 2023-1st semester newly transfer students of Sinchon Campus

B. 2023-1st semester enrolled undergraduate students from College of Dentistry of Sinchon Campus *Previous semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 or above

※ Note

1) Duplicate applications between Sinchon Campus dormitories are NOT permitted.

2) Duplicate applications between Sinchon and International Campus are NOT permitted.

3) If you leave school during the semester, MUST check-out the dormitory.

B. How to apply (Available only on PC)

: Log-in to Yonsei Portal → Click [Academic Information System] → [Dormitory]

※Documents related to the guardian's address have to be uploaded at the same time as online application.

5. Required documents

**College of Dentistry, College of Nursing and Foreign students only submit a COVID-19 Safety Agreement.

**All applicants must submit COVID-19 Safety Agreement (Download the form from Form Resources and submit it after signing)

1) If the parent and student reside in the same residence as a domestic resident

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

2) If the residence of the father, mother, and student is different

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the father, mother, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

3) If the student is from a single parent (father or mother death, divorce, etc.)

: A copy of Resident Registration Certificate of the parent living together, and student each & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate (issued in the name of the father or mother)

4) Overseas residents 

: A certified copy of the Overseas Korean Register of the student and student’s family & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate (or documents that can be identified as family members)

5) If the parent is abroad and the student is residing in Korea

: A copy of the parent’s Overseas Korean Register & a copy of the student’s Resident Registration Certificate & a copy of Family Relationship Certificate

6) If the father or mother is a foreign national

: address-related documents of 4-1)~5) + domestic residence = a certificate of fact of residence,

                                                 overseas residents = a certificate of residence in the country residence

7) Disabled : Confirmed through the Center for the Disabled, it shall be selected first

6. Precautions for required documents

1) The names of all family members and their relationship to the head of the household are required (Do not put * on names)

2) The last digits of the resident registration number, except for the date of birth, are issued with a * or erased in black before submitting.

3) Validity of submitted documents : issued after January 7th (Sat), 2023

4) Excluded from application for dormitory when verifying false information, lack of documents, fake documents, etc.

5) No separate contact due to submission errors or deficiencies.

7. Result and Payment - Check [Dormitory Information Check] from Yonsei Portal

A. Result : 2023. 2. 17.(Fri) 10:00

B. Payment : 2023. 2. 17.(Fri) 10:00~ 2. 18.(Sat) 23:00 Cancellation of selection in case of non-payment

8. Essential documents to submit on the Move-in date

※ Make sure to prepare two documents as a printout.

※ Must be submitted on paper. (Photos or captured images cannot be submitted.)

A. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result or Rapid Antigen Test result

*Only valid within 24 hours of the date of move-in

**[Self-kit Test] You can use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

***COVID-19 related documents may be changed at the time of move-in.

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

*If the result paper is issued overseas, notarized English results only can be submitted.

9. Move-in

A. Date : 2023.02.28(Tue) ~ 03.01(Wed) 10:00 ~ 18:00 College of Dentistry (undergraduate) - 2023.02.26(Sun) 10:00 ~ 18:00

* The date is based on the academic schedule, and it is not possible to move in other than the above schedule.

B. Procedure : Lobby → Submit ID and documents → Receive the handout and move-in

C. Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 on weekdays (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)
