2023학년 여름학기 연장자 발표 및 납부 안내

우정원 재실자 대상

연장이 허가된 사생은 호실 변경 없이 현재 호실에서 거주합니다.

1. 발표_2023. 5. 2.(화) 13:00부터 연세포털→ 기숙사 → 입사정보조회에서 확인

가. 연장자 중 일부 층은 다른 호실로 이동하여 거주하게 됨을 알려드리며, 이동 대상은 5월말까지 개별 통지 예정임.

나. 선발되지 않은 사생에게는 학사 공석에 한해 학사를 이동하여 거주할 수 있도록 5월 3일부터 접수순으로 개별 문자 발송

2. 납부_가상계좌는 학기별 새로 부여되니 여름학기 가상계좌를 꼭 확인해주세요.

가. 기간: 2023. 5. 2.(화) 13:00 ~ 5. 3.(수) 23:00까지_미납(납기일 이후 납부포함)시 연장 불가

나. 납부금 및 거주기간:

가. 여름학기 공식 입사 시작일 1일 전 취소 시 : 전액 환불

나. 여름학기 공식 입사 시작일부터 취소시

■   전액환불 불가, 잔여 일수 환불금에서 15만원을 공제 후 환불

■   강제퇴사 시 기숙사비 반환은 책정된 환불금액의 90%를 환불

다. 2023. 7 26.(수) 이후 중도 퇴사 환불 종료

4. 여름학기 신규 입사 안내

가. 룸메이트 입사: 2023. 6. 24.(토)

나. 협조사항:

1)신규 입사 준비(호실 청소)로 2023. 6. 22.(목) 13:00 ~ 6. 23.(금) 관계자 출입

2)청소가 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 룸메이트 자리에는 짐이 없도록 비워주세요.

5. 연장을 하지 않은 사생은 2023. 6. 22.(목) 낮12시까지 퇴사를 해야 합니다.

6. 2023학년도 2학기 거주 관련 내용은 6월 중순 공지예정이며, 신청 절차와 호실은 변경될 수 있음.

2023-Summer Dormitory Extension Result

Current dormitory residents of Woojungwon

Those who have been granted an extension will live in the current room without changing.

1. From 2023. 5. 2.(Tue) 13:00, you can check the result. [Yonsei Portal → Dormitory → Dormitory Information Check]

※ Some students will move to other rooms and individual notification will be made by the end of May.

※ Unselected students will move to other Muak dormitories. The information about moving will be sent by text message in the order of application for unselected students. (May 3rd, 2023)

2. Payment ※ Virtual account for the summer will be NEWLY given.

A. Payment Period : 2023. 5. 2.(Tue) 13:00 ~ 5. 3.(Wed) 23:00 ※ Unpaid or Overdue will be considered as move out.

B. Dormitory Fee & Duration of Residence :

3. Refund Policy

A. Cancellation 1 day before the official move-in date : Fully Refund

B. Cancellation on and after Move-in date : Not Full Refund

▶ Charge 150,000KRW as handling fee and then refund the rest (calculated by day)

▶ When you forcefully moved-out, only 90% will be refunded from above article.

C. Cancellation after 2023. 7. 26.(Wed) : No Refund

4. Summer Dormitory Move-in

A. New Roommate Move-in : 2023. 6. 24.(Sat)

B. Cooperation request

: During the cleaning period, 2023. 6. 22.(Thu) 13:00 ~ 2023. 6.23.(Fri), we inform you that the cleaning staff will enter your room to prepare for moving in. There should be no luggage in the roommate's seat, and please keep personal items taken out in the hallway in the room.

5. Those who did not apply for extension, must follow the move-out process and the date is 2023. 6. 22.(Thu), BEFORE 12PM.

6. Information about the 2023-2nd semester will be announced in mid-June, and the application process and room may be changed.
