2023년도 생활관 냉방실시 계획 및 리모콘 수령절차 안내

2023학년도 하절기 생활관 냉방가동을 평소보다 약 1주일 앞당겨 실시할 계획이며, 

다음과 같이 냉방가동기간을 안내하오니 에너지의 이용합리화에 적극 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 냉방가동기간 : 2023.05.15.(월)부터 시작

가. 학사별 리모콘 지급 : 2023.05.15.(월)부터 / 1·2학사는 관리실 / 3·4학사는 별도 공지

나. 리모콘 수령시 학생증 또는 신분증 지참

다. 리모콘 분실 또는 고장 시 15,000원 본인 부담

2. 냉방기준온도(건강냉방온도) : 26 ~ 28℃

3. 냉방 기간 중 협조 의뢰 사항

가. 냉방 기준 온도를 지켜주시기 바랍니다. 공용공간의 경우에도 실내온도가 26℃이상인 경우에 냉방을 실시합니다.

나. 자체적으로 냉방기 본체 겉면 청소 등 유지관리를 철저히 하여 공기를 정화하고, 냉방병을 예방하며, 에너지를 절약할 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

다. 냉방기 오작동 시 연세포털에 수리 요청바랍니다.

- 리모컨 전원 OFF상태에서도 냉방기 본체 전원이 들어오는 경우

- 냉방기 주변 누수 또는 결로

- 냉방기 커버 닫힘 불량

 ※ 법현학사는 별도로 리모콘을 지급하지 않습니다.

2023 A/C Operation Plan &

Receiving A/C remote control procedures

We inform you of the plan for air conditioning in the summer of 2023, so please cooperate by following the guidelines below.

1. A/C Operation Period : May 15(Mon), 2023 ~  

A. Receiving A/C remote control: Starting from May 15(Mon), 2023 at dormitory security guard’s office for Muak #1 & Muak #2 (For Muak #3 & Muak #4, the details will be announced separately.)

B. Bring your student ID or ID card when you receive the remote control.

C. 15,000KRW for lost or broken remote control.

2. Cooling standard temperature (government standard) : 26°C to 28°C

3. Guidelines during the cooling period

A. Please keep the air conditioning standard temperature. Please use the A/C when the temperature is above 26℃ according to the government standard. Please avoid getting sick by over exposed to air conditioning.

B. Please manage the air conditioner in your room, such as cleaning the surface of the air conditioner and ventilate regularly.

C. In the event of a malfunction of the air conditioner, Please submit the repair request after logging into Yonsei Portal.
