2020-2학기 퇴사 및 겨울잔류 안내

2020-2학기 거주기간 종료로 기숙사 퇴사 및 겨울방학 잔류자로 등록을 완료한 사생의 거주 절차를 다음과 같이 안내하오니 숙지해주시기 바랍니다.

1. 퇴사 (대상 : 2020-겨울방학기간 중, 잔류하지 않는 사생)

  가. 퇴사일시 : 2020.12.22.(화) 낮 12:00까지

   1) 퇴사차량 무료주차 확인 : 2020.12.18.(금) ~ 12.22.(화) / 관리실에서 확인증 수령(거주자 1인 1매)

    2) 택배박스 판매(자세한 내용은 별도 안내문 참고)

  나. 겨울방학 잔류비용을 납부하지 않거나 미신청한 경우 퇴사 대상입니다.

  다. 반납품목(관리실) : 매트리스커버(방수커버는 제거하지 말 것), 룸 카드키(2학사,3학사,우정원)

  라. 방안의 비품(가구 등)에 이상이 있을 경우 미리 신고 후 퇴사바랍니다.

     ※비품의 훼손 및 분실 확인 시 벌점 부과 및 실비 변상 (별도안내참조) 하여야 합니다.

  마. 짐 반출 및 방 청소 후 퇴실하여야하며 모든 쓰레기는 쓰레기통 및 분리수거함에 버려주시기 바랍니다.

     간혹 사용하던 물건을 방안에 버리고 가는 사생이 있습니다. 다음 입사자를 위하여 퇴사 시 모든 짐을

     반출해주시기 바랍니다.

  바. 12.22.(화) 낮 12:00 이후 방에 남은 짐은 버린 것으로 간주되어 유실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

  사. 다음 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 사칙에 의하여 벌점부과 함.

    1) 퇴사 일정 미준수(퇴사시까지 일별 부과)

    2) 퇴사 후 점검시 방 안 비품의 훼손이 발견되었을 경우

    3) 방 안에 개인 짐을 놓거나 잔류사생에게 맡기고 퇴사하는 경우

    4) 방안에 버리고 가는 물건이 많을 경우

2. 겨울방학 잔류 사생 거주 일정

  가. 거주기간 : 2020.12.22(화) 12:00 ~ 2021.2.17.(수) 12:00

  나. 방변경 없이 현재 자리에 잔류합니다. 다만 룸메이트가 퇴실할 경우 옆자리에는 신규입사자가 배정되며

     청소 및 점검 등으로 각 실에 직원이 수시로 방문하게 됩니다.

     해당 기간에 거주하는 학생은 방바닥, 옆 침대 및 복도 등에 짐이 없도록 정리하여 주시고, 휴가 등으로

     장기 외박을 할 경우 외박대장에 신고하시고 짐 보관에 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.

  다. 퇴사기간의 혼잡함을 이용해 도난사고가 발생될 경우를 방지하기 위해 개인 물품관리를 철저히 하여

     주시고, 룸메이트가 짐을 옮기던 중이라도 잠시 방을 비울 경우 문을 꼭 잠그고 사고를 미연에 방지할

     수 있도록 상호간 협조하시기 바랍니다. (개인 사물 분실 시 생활관에서 책임지지 않음)

  라. 방학 중에 거주자로 등록되지 않은 학생이 짐 보관 요청 또는 입실 협조 요청을 할 경우 거절해야

     하며, 위반사항 확인 시 심각한 내규 위반에 해당되어 벌점부과 또는 강제퇴사 될 수 있습니다.

Move-Out Date of 2020-2nd semester and 2020-Winter Remain Guidelines

Please be aware of the following moving out guidelines for 2020-2nd semester dormitory residents. Plus for those who are accepted as a 2020-Winter dormitory resident please be noted of 2. guidelines.

1. Move-out (Object : Those who are not accepted to 2020-Winter Extension)

  A. Move-out Date & Time : Dec 22(Tues.), 2020 BEFORE 12:00PM

    1) 1 Free parking for move out : Dec 18(Fri.), 2020 ~ Dec, 22(Tues.), 2020 /1 ticket per 1 dormitory resident (can be issued at a guard office)

    2) Moving Out Box Sale (Please refer to the another announcement)

  B. If you do not pay the extension expenses during the payment period or did not apply for the 2020-winter extension, you are subjected to move out.

  C. Return item(at guard office of each dormitory) : Mattress cover (do not remove waterproof cover),room card key (Muak#2,Muak#3, Woojungwon)

  D. If there is any problem with the equipment (furniture, etc.).

   ※When checking for damage or loss of equipment, penalty points should be imposed and actual expenses will be charged (see separate instructions).

  E. You MUST check out after taking out ALL your luggage and cleaning your room. Please dispose of all trash in the trash bin and in the separate                 collection box.

  F. Please note that any remaining luggage in the room after Dec 22(Tues.), 2020 noon(12PM) is considered to have been discarded and may be lost.

  G. Penalties shall be imposed according to the rule if the following is not observed.

   1) Failure to comply move out date and time (daily impo__sition until the move out)

   2) If damage to the equipment in the room is found during inspection after move out

   3) In case of personal luggage is placed in the room or storage at other dormitory student after moving-out

   4) If you have a lot of things to throw away(trash) in your room

2. 2020-Winter Extension

 A. Residing Period : Dec 22(Tues.), 2020 12:00 ~ Feb 17(Wed.), 2021 until 12:00

  B. Assigned room number will be same without changing the room. However, if a roommate moves out, a new roommate might be assigned. Housing          Office staff will visit each room frequently due to cleaning and inspection.

    Students residing in the relevant period should be organized so that they do not have any luggage on the floor, next-side beds, and corridors, etc.

    If you stay out for a long time, please log-in to dorm.yonsei.ac.kr → 마이페이지 (My page) → 외박/복귀신고 (Sleep-out/Return Registration)

  C. In order to prevent a theft accident during the moving out period, PLEASE guard your personal items thoroughly. Please, make sure to lock the door         and prevent accidents if your roommate is moving their luggage. Please cooperate with your roommate (Housing Office is not responsible for personal       loss)
