2023-1학기 퇴사 일정을 다음과 같이 안내하오니 일정에 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

1. 퇴사 일시 및 절차(여름방학 비잔류 사생)

가. 퇴사일시 : 2023. 6. 22.(목) 낮 12:00까지

1) 퇴사차량 무료주차: 2023. 6. 18.(일) ~ 6. 22.(목)

학사 관리실로 차량번호 네자리 전달 후 무료주차확인증 수령(거주자 1인 1매)

2) 택배박스 판매: 학사내 게시판 및 홈페이지 공지글 참조

나. 절 차 :

1) 반납품목(관리실) : 출입카드 반납, 침대커버(매트리스 커버 대여자),

2) 가구체크 : 연세포탈 → 입/퇴사처리에서 시설물 점검표를 체크하여 제출

시설(가구 등)에 이상이 있을 경우 사진을 찍어 생활관 메일로 신고 해주시고, 수리비용은 업체에서 수리 후 비용발생시 납부.

시설 파손 등 미신고시 실비 변상과 벌점이 부과됩니다.

다. 짐 반출 및 방 청소 후 퇴실하여야하며 모든 쓰레기는 쓰레기통 및 분리수거함에 버려주시기 바랍니다.

방안에 남겨진 물건은 버리는 것으로 간주하여 폐기되니 놓고 가는 물건이 없도록 서랍 등을 잘 확인

라. 2023.06.22(목) 낮 12:00 이후 방에 남은 짐은 버린 것으로 간주되어 유실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

마. 다음 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 사칙에 의하여 벌점부과 함.

1) 퇴사 일정 미준수(퇴사시까지 일별 부과)

2) 퇴사 후 점검시 방 안 비품의 훼손이 발견되었을 경우

3) 방 안에 개인 짐을 놓거나 잔류사생에게 맡기고 퇴사하는 경우

4) 방안에 버리고 가는 물건이 많을 경우

2. 여름방학 잔류 사생 일정 및 협조사항

가. 거주기간 : 2023. 6. 22.(목) 낮12:00 ~ 2023. 8. 21.(월) 낮12:00

나. 호실 이동 대상으로 연락을 받은 사생은 6. 22.(목) 14시 ~ 21시까지 꼭 이동을 해주세요.

다. 퇴사기간의 혼잡함을 이용해 도난사고가 발생될 경우를 방지하기 위해 개인 물품관리를 철저히 하여 주세요.

방을 잠시 비울 경우라도 문은 꼭 잠그시길 바랍니다.(개인 사물 분실 시 생활관에서 책임지지 않음)

라. 방학 중에 거주자로 등록되지 않은 학생이 짐 보관 요청 또는 입실 협조 요청을 할 경우 거절해야하며, 위반사항 확인 시 심각한 내규 위반에 해당되어 벌점부과 또는 강제퇴사 될 수 있습니다.

3. 2023-2학기 연장 신청 관련해서는 현재 시스템 보완 문제로 미정인 상태이니 2023. 6. 19.(월) 이후 생활관 홈페이지 공지사항을 수시로 확인해주세요.

생 활 관

Move-Out Date of 2023-1st semester and

2023-2nd semester Extension Guidelines

We are informing you of the schedule for the move-out of the 2023-1st semester.

1. Move-out (Object : Those who are not accepted to 2023-Summer Extension)

A. Move-out Date & Time : June 22(Thu), 2023 BEFORE 12:00PM

1) 1 Free parking for move out : June 18(Sun), 2023 ~ June 22(Thu), 2023

1 ticket per 1 dormitory resident (can be issued at a guard office)

2) Moving Out Box Sale : Check the notice on the bulletin board of the dormitory

B. Procedures :

1) Return item (at guard office) : Mattress cover (do not remove waterproof cover), room card key

2) Yonsei Portal → Check and submit the facility checklist in [move-in/move-out]

If there is a problem with the equipment (furniture, etc.) of the room, please report it in advance by e-mail including photos. ※ Penalty points is imposed and actual expenses will be charged for damage or loss of equipment.

C. Clean the room and must take all the luggages out. Manage the trashes into recycle bins.

※ Items left in the room are considered to be discarded, so check the drawer, etc. carefully.

D. After noon of June 22nd (Thu), the luggage left in the room is considered abandoned and discarded. Do not leave your belongings.

E. Penalty points will be imposed if the followings are not observed.

1) Failure to comply with the move-out schedule (Multiple impo__sition is possible until move-out)

2) Damaged equipment be found after move out

3) Leave personal luggage in a room or another resident

4) Excessive items left in room

2. Cooperation request for the residents

A. Duration of Residence : 2023. 6. 22.(Thu) 12:00 ~ 2023. 8. 21.(Mon) 12:00

B. Students who were told to change their rooms, please move from 14:00 to 21:00 on June 22nd (Thu).

C. In order to prevent a theft accident during the moving out period, PLEASE guard your personal items thoroughly. Please, make sure to lock the door and prevent accidents if your roommate is moving their luggage.

※ The Housing Office is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

D. If a student who is not registered as a 2023-summer resident requests luggage storage or entering the room, he/she shall refuse. In addition, if we check violations, you may be imposed of penalty points or forced to leave because it is a serious violation of the rules.

3. Regarding the extension of the 2023-2nd semester, it is currently undecided due to system issue.

So please check the notice on the housing office website after June 19(Mon), 2023 frequently.
