1. 신청 자격 : 2023-1학기 거주자 대상 2학기 거주를 희망하는 사생
2. 조회 및 납부 : 2023. 6. 28.(수) 09:00 ~ 6. 30.(금) 11:00 [연세포털 → 기숙사 → 입사정보조회]로 확인
* 2023-2학기 신규 가상계좌 확인 및 입금

4. 호실 배정
가. 2023-여름학기 거주자는 기존 호실로 연장 거주
나. 여름학기 비거주자는 (이하 ‘신규’로 표기) 신규 입사자끼리만 룸메이트 지정 가능 - 룸메이트 신청 안내문 참조
5. 2023-2학기 입사 절차(신규)
가. 입사일 : 신규입사자 (간호학과 3.4학년 제외) 2023. 8. 26.(토) ~ 8. 27.(일) 10:00 ~ 18:00 / 신규입사자 중 간호학과 3.4학년 2023. 8. 20.(일) 10:00 ~ 18:00
* 공식 입사일 이후는 평일(09:00 ~ 17:00/점심시간 12:00~13:00 제외), 무악4학사 행정실에서 가능
나. 입사절차: 배정된 학사 로비 → 학생증, 필수서류 제출 → 출입카드 수령 후 입사
다. 제출서류: 코로나19 자가키트 검사지 1부
* 입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분만 유효
* 자가키트로 검사할 경우 촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용하여 촬영 후 프린트해서 종이로 제출
* 코로나19 관련 서류는 입사 시점에 변경될 수 있음.
라. 무료주차: 공식 입사일에 한하여 무료주차 가능
마. 택배 발송: 분실 및 본인 확인을 위하여 학사명 및 이름 등 정보사항을 크게 표시 요망
6. 기타
가. 납부기간에 입금확인이 되지 않을 경우 ‘미선발’로 처리 예정
나. 등록 완료 후 학적 변동(졸업·휴학)이 확인될 경우 입사 취소 또는 중도 퇴사로 처리 예정

4. Assigned Room Confirmation
A. Remaining students of the summer semester continue to live in the same room
B. Non-remaining students of the summer semester (hereinafter marked as "new") will be randomly assigned a new room
※ Roommates can be designated only among newly selected students - check the roommate application notice
5. Move-in (new)
A. Move-in Date : 2023. 8. 26.(Sat) ~ 8. 27.(Sun) 10:00 ~ 18:00 / Junior & Senior of College of Nursing 2023. 8. 20.(Sun) 10:00 ~ 18:00
※ Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 on weekdays (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)
B. Procedures : Dormitory Lobby → ID check and submit move-in documents → Receive a move-in item → Move-in
C. Essential documents to submit : COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result
* Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.
** You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.
*** COVID-19-related documents may be changed at the time of move-in.
D. Free Parking : Free once during the official move-in date, after that, parking fee will be charged.
E. Parcel Delivery : Make it arrive a day ahead of move-in date. Students should take there parcels by themselves from the lobby, so write name and address in large font.
6. Note
A. Unpaid will be treated as "not selected."
B. If a change in student status is confirmed after completion of registration, it will be treated as cancellation.
