2023-여름방학 퇴사 안내 2023. 8. 21.(월) 낮 12시까지

2023-여름방학 거주기간 종료로 기숙사 퇴사 절차를 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

○ 퇴사 확인서 제출

연세포탈 로그인 https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr [학사행정 > 기숙사 > 입퇴사처리 > 체크리스트 > 제출(confirm)]

*시설/비품에 이상이 있을 경우 해당 목록 체크(파손내역 미작성후 퇴실 시 재입사 불가 및 수리비 청구)

*기숙사 퇴실 확인을 위하여 퇴사 당일 반드시 확인 바랍니다.(사전확인가능)

*퇴사일 이후 출입카드 사용이 정지되므로 주의바랍니다.

○ 퇴사 절차

1. 실내청소: 개인사용공간, 화장실, 샤워실 등 청소, 쓰레기 분리배출 *청소상태는 입사 시 상태를 기준으로 합니다.

2. 물품정리: 모든 가구 개방(비번 해지 및 옷장/서랍 내부가 보이도록 전면 개방)

[중요] 메트리스는 벽쪽으로 비스듬하게 세워주세요(침대사이 신용카드, 동전 등 개인물품 수거), 우편함(택배) 및 냉장고 음식은 반드시 사전에 회수 바랍니다.

3. 침구반납: 메트리스 커버 *해당 건물 보안실 반납(흰색 매트리스 방수커버는 반납품 아님)

4. 아래와 관련된 사항은 규정에 따라 벌점 부과

- 퇴사시간 미준수

- 개인물품 실내 보관

- 퇴사 점검 시 시설 및 비품의 파손 확인

○ 주의사항

1. 퇴사일 도난사고 방지를 위해 중요한 물품 보관에 주의바랍니다. 물품 이동을 위해 자리를 비울 경우라도 반드시 문을 닫고 분실사고에 대하여 주의할 것을 당부드립니다.

2. 입사 청소 및 시설 점검 등으로 사생실에 담당 직원이 출입 예정입니다.

3. 버리는 물품은 반드시 재활용과 일반폐기물을 분리하여 배출바랍니다.

4. 2023. 8. 21(월) 낮 12:00 이후 실내에 방치된 물품은 폐기함.

○ 청소일정 : 2학기 입사 준비로 인하여 기숙사 공실은 아래와 같이 입사 청소 실시 예정입니다.

1. 실내 청소 일정: 2023. 8. 22.(화) ~

2. 신규 입사일: 2023. 8. 26.(토) ~ 8. 27.(일) 10:00 ~ 18:00

○ 무료주차 확인 - 건물별 기숙사 관리실, 1인 1회 1매 [적용기간: 2023. 8. 17.(목) ~ 8. 21.(월)]

○ 기숙사 이동자(신규선발자-건물이동) [기숙사 이동일: 2023. 8. 21.(월) 12시 부터~]

*청소 일정 전 이동으로 사전 정리가 불가할 수 있습니다.

*추가 연장 기숙사비 9월초 별도 청구 예정

Move-out Date of 2023-Summer semester BEFORE 12:00PM August 22(Mon), 2023

We are informing you of the schedule for the move-out of the 2023-Summer semester.

○ https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr [Dormitory > Entry/Leave Processing > Facility Inspection Table > Submitted]

*If there is a problem with the equipment (furniture, etc.) of the room, please check. (If you don’t check the problem, you will be unable to move in again and actual expenses will be charged.)

*The access card will be suspended after the move-out date.

○ Procedures

1. Clean the room and must take all the luggages out. Manage the trashes into recycle bins.

2. Opening all furniture (Revoke password and open the wardrobe and drawers)

Place the mattress diagonally toward the wall. Please collect delivery and refrigerator food in advance.

3. Return item (at guard office of each dormitory) : Mattress cover (do not remove waterproof cover)

4. Penalty points will be imposed if the followings are not observed.

- Failure to comply with the move-out schedule (Multiple impo__sition is possible until move-out)

- Leave personal luggage in a room or another resident

- Damaged equipment be found after move out

○ Cooperation request

1. In order to prevent a theft accident during the moving out period, PLEASE guard your personal items thoroughly. 

    Please, make sure to lock the door and prevent accidents if your roommate is moving their luggage.

2. Staff will visit each room frequently due to cleaning and inspection.

3. Please make sure to separate recycling and general waste for throwaway items.

4. After noon of Aug 21st (Mon), the luggage left in the room is considered abandoned and discarded.

○ Dormitory Cleaning

1. Cleaning Period : 2023. 8. 22.(Tue) ~

2. 2023-2nd Move-in Date : 2023. 8. 26.(Sat) ~ 8. 27.(Sun) 10:00 ~ 18:00

○ Free parking available from Aug 17(Thu) to Aug 21(Mon), 2023.

1 ticket per 1 dormitory resident (can be issued at a guard office)

○ Those who wish to move to the new dormitory, please move to the assigned room from Aug 21st (Mon) 12 PM.

*Your room may not be cleaned up because you move before the cleaning schedule.

*Dormitory fees for extension will be charged separately in early September.
