1. 신청 자격

가. 2023-2학기 신촌캠퍼스 학부 및 대학원(특수대학원 제외) 재학생

나. 직전 재학 학기 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상, 대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상인 자

※캠퍼스별 기숙사 강제 퇴사자는 지원 자격에서 제외

※기존 신청자 자동 대기자 처리되어 재신청 필요 없음(미선발자 포함)

2. 입사 신청

가. 신청 기간: 2023. 8. 23.(수) 10:00 ~ 9. 3.(일) 23:00

나. 신청 방법: 포털 > 학사정보시스템 > 기숙사 > 입사신청(모바일 신청 불가) > 2학기 추가 신청 선택 > 기숙사비/룸타입 선택(신청정보확인) > 완료(최종제출)

4. 선발 방법 : 추첨 (보결선발 안내 문자 발송 예정)

5. 기숙사비 납부 안내 (기한내 미납시 합격 취소)

가. 납부기간: 2023. 9. 5.(화) 10:00 ~ 9. 6.(수) 23:00

나. 개별가상계좌 조회: 2023. 9. 5.(화) 10:00

6. 입사일: 2023. 9. 12.(화) 10:00 (입사 일정 변동 가능)

*입사절차는 기숙사 홈페이지 참조

7. 입사시 서류 제출(미제출시 입사 불가)

가. 코로나19 자가키트 검사(입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사분 유효) 결과지 1부

*검사한 키트를 촬영 및 프린트하여 성명, 호실, 촬영일, 촬영시간 기재

*날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용 가능함

나. 흉부 X선 결핵검사 결과지 1부(입사일 기준 2개월 내 검사분 유효)

다. 여름방학 거주자 입사시 제출 서류 없음(재입사자 포함)

1. Eligibility

A. 2023-2nd semester enrolled undergraduate students and graduates (regular and professional) students of Sinchon Campus

B. The most recent semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 (Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3 (Graduate) or above

※ Forced-out students due to the violation of dormitory rules cannot apply. (Regardless of Campus)

※ Previous applicants are automatically placed on the waiting list, so there is no need to reapply (including non-selected applicants)

2. Application

A. Period : 2023. 8. 23.(Wed) 10:00 ~ 9. 3.(Sun) 23:00

B. How to (Only available on PC)

: Log-in to Yonsei Portal → Click [Academic Information System] → [Dormitory] → Select an additional application for the second semester → Dormitory fee/room type selection → Completed (final submission)

3. Selection : Computer Random Draw

※ Scheduled to send a text message to the selected applicants personally.

4. Payment (Unpaid will be treated as "not selected.")

A. Payment Period: 2023. 9. 5.(Tue) 10:00 ~ 9. 6.(Thu) 23:00

B. Check [Yonsei Portal → Dormitory → Dormitory Information Check]

5. Move-in Date : 2023. 9. 12.(Sat) 10:00 (Schedule can be changed)

※ Please check detailed move-in procedures when results are announced.

7. Essential documents to submit (cannot move-in without essential documents)

A. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

* Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand

** You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

B. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months)

C. Students living during the 2023-summer don't need to submit.
