2023-2학기 기숙사 입사 안내       

        ◎ 입사일시 : 2023. 8. 26.(토) – 8. 27.(일) 10:00 – 18:00 [간호대학 3‧4학년 2023. 8. 20.(일) 10:00 – 18:00]

 ※ 2023. 8. 28.(월) 부터는 무악 4학사 행정실에 입사 서류 제출 및 입사 등록이 가능합니다. (평일에만 09:00~17:00)

◎ 입사절차 : 입사데스크 > 서약서작성 > 입사서류 제출 > 입사등록(체크리스트 작성)

연세포탈 로그인 > 학사행정 > 기숙사 > 입/퇴사처리 > 입사완료

◎ 제출서류(입사시 필수제출)

1. 코로나19 자가키트 검사 결과지 1부 (입사일 기준 24시간 이내 검사 시행분만 유효함)

*검사한 키트를 촬영하고 프린트해서 이름, 호실, 촬영 날짜, 촬영 시간을 자필로 기재(학생증과 같이 촬영 가능)

*촬영 날짜와 시간이 기재되는 앱을 이용해도 됨

*해외입국자 PCR검사 결과지 제출 가능

2. 결핵검사 진단서(2개월 이내 검사) Tuberculosis test *영문제출 가능, 봄학기 거주자 제출 면제

3. 준비물 : 학생증(기숙사/룸 출입카드로 사용 - 신입생 추후 등록가능), 개인 생활용품, 침구류

◎ 환불규정

1. 환불신청 : 연세 포탈 로그인 > 기숙사 > 입사정보조회 > 선발포기(환불신청)

공식 입사일(2023. 8. 26) 1일 전 취소 시 : 전액 환불(신규입사자: 마이페이지-신청내역-입사취소)

*여름방학 연장 거주자는 8. 21.(월)까지 취소 시 전액 환불

2. 공식 입사일(2023. 8. 26) 이후에는 납부한 금액에서 15만원을 공제 후 잔여 일수 환불.

퇴사신청(계좌확인) > 체크리스트+사진업로드 > 제출완료

3. 퇴사예정일 1주일 전까지 신청서를 제출해야 하며, 2023. 11. 25(토) 이후 퇴사시 환불금 없음

4. 휴학, 퇴학(자퇴), 제적 등으로 인한 학적변동시 변동일로부터 10일 이내 퇴사하여야 하며, 환불규정은 동일함

5. 강제퇴사자는 납부한 금액에서 15만원을 공제 후 잔여일 수 환불금액의 90% 환불

6. 정부초청장학생 및 연세우수장학생 입사취소 및 중도 퇴사시 위의 규정을 소급적용하여 청구됨

1. 배정된 학사 로비 → 학생증, 필수서류 제출 → 출입카드 수령 후 입사

2. 1학사, 2학사, 4학사 사생들은 입사 후 2주 안에 생활관 행정실에서 학생증에 출입권한 등록

1. 강제퇴사: 벌점 6점 이상 강제퇴사(연장 및 재입사 불가)

2. 전열기구 및 취사도구 반입금지, 전동킥보드, 가구 반출 및 위치변경 금지, 음주(반입)금지 및 건물내 금연

3. 이용내규: 기숙사 이용내규 참조(홈페이지)

 [중요] 기숙사 선발, 연장, 입퇴사 등 중요 공지는 반드시 생활관 홈페이지 공지사항을 참조바랍니다.

※ 일정 미확인(미준수) 및 등록기한 만료로 인한 책임은 해당학생에게 있으므로 연장/납부일정은 개인일정표에 반드시 기록바랍니다.(현 거주자 신규입사로 재신청 불가)

Move-in Procedure for the 2023-2nd semester

◎ Move-in date : 2023. 8. 26.(Sat) – 8. 27.(Sun) 10:00 – 18:00 [Junior & Senior of College of Nursing 3‧4학년 2023. 8. 20.(Sun) 10:00 – 18:00]

 ※ Please move-in on the official date. After the official move-in date, come to the Housing Office located at Muak#4 on weekdays. (9AM~Noon & 1PM~5PM)

◎ Procedure

1. Dormitory Lobby → ID check and submit move-in documents → Receive a move-in item → Move-in

2. The students of Muak#1, 2 & 4 register access function to the student ID at the housing office within two weeks of move-in.

◎ Essential documents to submit (cannot move-in without essential documents)

1. COVID-19 Self-kit Test (within 24 hours) result

*Take a photo of the kit, print it out, and write your name, room number, date and time of the photo by hand.

**You can also use the app with the date and time stamped on it.

***Overseas entrants can submit a PCR test result.

2. Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result) (within 2 months) - English result is okay.

* Students living during the 2023-1st semester don't need to submit.

3. Prepare ID, required documents, personal items and bedding (mattress covers, blankets, and pillows)

◎ Refund Policy

1. Yonsei Portal > Dormitory > Dormitory Information Check > Housing Withdrawal

Cancellation 1 day before the official move-in date (8/26 Sat) : Fully Refund

* For summer vacation residents, a full refund if canceled by Aug 21st (Mon).

2. Cancellation on and after Move-in date (No Full Refund) : Deduct 150,000 KRW and refund the rest (calculated by day)

An application for resignation > Check Out Info > Apply

3. Cancellation after 2023.11.25(Sat) : No Refund

4. When you forcefully moved-out, only 90% of refund will be refunded.

5. In the event of a change in student status due to a leave of absence, expulsion, etc., he/she shall leave the dormitory within 10 days from the date of change in school, and the refund policy shall be the same as above.

6. For KGSP students, if you plan to cancel the dormitory after successfully accepted to a dormitory, MUST apply for cancellation even if you are not subjected to pay the dormitory fee personally. Otherwise, dormitory fee will be charged.

7. When a scholarship student leaves the school due to a leave of absence during the semester, the above policy shall be applied retroactively to his/her own burden and shall leave the school after payment.

◎ Important Rules

1. If you get 6 or more penalty points, you will be forcefully moved-out. (Extension and re-entry are not allowed.)

2. Items that are not allowed to bring : Refrigerator and Heating Items which can cause a fire in the dormitory (electric heating pad, iron, kettle, rice cooker, candles etc), and pets.

3. No drinking and smoking in the building. No bottles allowed as well.

4. Check dormitory rules on the housing office website

    Dormitory fee payment notice : End of October (on the housing office website)

※ Please check the housing office website for the notice such as dormitory application, extension and move-in and move-out procedures.

◎ Free parking available from Aug 26(Sat) to Aug 31(Thu), 2023.
