2023-2학기 거주기간 종료로 기숙사 퇴사 절차를 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

○ 퇴사 체크리스트 작성[퇴사등록완료]

학사행정 > 기숙사 > 입퇴사처리 > 체크리스트 > 제출

*시설/비품에 이상이 있을 경우 해당 목록 체크(파손내역 미작성후 퇴실 시 재입사 불가)

*기숙사 퇴실 확인을 위하여 퇴사 당일 반드시 퇴사 등록 바랍니다.(사전확인가능)

*퇴사일 이후 출입카드 사용이 정지되므로 주의바랍니다.

○ 퇴사 절차

1. 실내청소 : 개인사용공간 정리, 쓰레기 분리배출, 화장실 및 샤워실 등 청소(개별화장실 사용 기숙사)

*청소상태는 입사 시 상태를 기준으로 합니다.

2. 물품정리 : 모든 가구 개방(비번 해지 및 옷장/서랍 내부가 보이도록 전면 개방)

[중요] 매트리스는 벽쪽으로 비스듬하게 세워주세요(침대사이 신용카드, 동전 등 개인물품 수거), 우편함(택배) 및 냉장고 음식은 반드시 사전에 회수 바랍니다.

3. 침구반납 : 매트리스 커버 *해당 건물 보안실 반납(흰색 매트리스 방수커버는 반납품 아님)

4. 아래와 관련된 사항은 규정에 따라 벌점 부과

- 퇴사시간 미준수

- 개인물품 실내 보관(무단 기숙사 점유)

- 퇴사 점검 시 시설 및 비품의 파손 확인

○ 주의사항

1. 퇴사일 도난사고 방지를 위해 중요한 물품 보관에 주의바랍니다. 물품 이동을 위해 자리를 비울 경우라도 반드시 문을 닫고 분실사고에 대하여 주의할 것을 당부드립니다.

2. 입사 청소 및 시설 점검 등으로 사생실에 담당 직원이 출입 예정입니다.

3. 버리는 물품은 반드시 재활용과 일반폐기물을 분리하여 배출바랍니다.

4. 2023. 12. 23.(토) 낮 12:00 이후 실내에 방치된 물품은 별도 통보 없이 폐기합니다.

○ 청소일정

겨울방학 입사 준비로 인하여 기숙사 공실은 아래와 같이 입사 청소 실시 예정입니다.

1. 실내 청소 일정 : 2023. 12. 23.(토) ~ 25.(월)

2. 겨울방학 입사 : 2023. 12. 25.(월) 13:00 ~ 18:00

○ 무료주차 확인 : 건물별 기숙사 관리실, 1인 1회 1매

○ 기숙사 이동일(1학사 잔류자) : 2023. 12. 27. ~ 12. 29 *2학사 잔류자 룸이동 없음

○ 2024학년도 신청 안내 공지 : 2023. 12. 20.(수) 안내문 홈페이지 공지 예정

○ 겨울방학 미운영 건물 : 1학사 A동 전체

2023 Fall Move-out 

December 23(Sat) by 12:00 noon, SHARP!

Here is the process for moving out of the dormitory for the 2023-2 semester.

○ Yonsei Portal https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr

[Dormitory > Entry/Leave Processing > Facility Inspection Table > Submitted]

*If there are any problems with the room fixtures (furniture, etc.), please check them. (If you do not check the problem, you will not be allowed to move back in and will be charged the cost).

*The use of the access card will be suspended after the check-out date.

○ Procedure

1. Clean the room and be sure to remove all belongings. Place trash in the recycling bin.

2. Open all furniture (unlock and open closets and drawers).

Place mattresses diagonally against the wall. Remove any delivered food and refrigerator food.

3. Return items (to the security office in each dormitory): mattress cover (do not remove the waterproof cover)

4. Failure to comply with the following will result in penalty points.

- Failure to comply with move-out schedule (multiple charges may be assessed until move-out)

- Leaving personal belongings in the room or with another resident

- Finding damaged equipment after moving out

○ Request for cooperation

1. To prevent theft during the move-out period, we ask that you thoroughly secure your personal items.

If your roommate is moving your belongings, please be sure to lock the door to prevent accidents.

2. Staff will visit each room from time to time for cleaning and inspection.

3. Please be sure to separate recyclables from trash when throwing away items.

4. Items left in rooms after noon on Saturday, December 23 will be considered abandoned and disposed of.

○ Dormitory cleaning

1. Cleaning period : December 23rd (Sat) ~ 25th (Mon), 2023

2. Winter move-in date : 2023. 12. 25.(Mon) 13:00 ~ 18:00

○ Free parking available for moving-out.

One ticket per dorm student (you can get the free parking ticket at a security office)
