2023학년도 겨울학기 퇴사 및 청소기간 짐 보관 안내

2024.2.19(월), 낮 12시까지

○ 퇴사 체크리스트 작성 [퇴사등록완료]

*시설/비품에 이상이 있을 경우 해당 목록 체크(파손내역 작성하지 않고 퇴실 시 재입사 불가)

*기숙사 퇴실 확인을 위하여 퇴사 당일 반드시 퇴사 등록 바랍니다. (사전확인가능)

*퇴사일 이후 출입카드 사용이 정지되므로 주의 바랍니다.

○ 퇴사 절차

1. 실내청소 : 개인 사용 공간 정리, 쓰레기 분리배출, 화장실 및 샤워실(개별화장실 사용 기숙사) 등 청소

*청소상태는 입사 시 상태를 기준으로 합니다.

2. 물품정리 : 모든 가구 개방(비밀번호 해지 및 옷장/서랍 내부가 보이도록 전면 개방)

[중요] 매트리스는 벽 쪽으로 비스듬하게 세워주시고(침대 틈새 떨어진 물건 수거), 우편물 및 냉장고 음식은 반드시 사전에 가져가시기 바랍니다.

3. 침구반납 : 매트리스 커버 *해당 건물 보안실 반납(흰색 매트리스 방수커버는 반납품 아님)

4. 아래 사항은 규정에 따라 벌점 부과

- 퇴사시간 미준수

- 개인물품 실내 보관(무단 기숙사 점유)

- 퇴사 점검 시 시설 및 비품의 파손 확인

5. 무료주차 확인(2.15~19) : 건물별 기숙사 관리실, 1인 1회 1매

○ 주의사항

1. 퇴사일 도난사고 방지를 위해 중요한 물품 보관에 주의 바랍니다. 물품 이동을 위해 자리를 비울 경우라도 반드시 문을 닫고 분실사고에 대하여 주의할 것을 당부 드립니다.

2. 입사 청소 및 시설 점검 등을 위해 사생실에 담당 직원이 출입 예정입니다.

3. 버리는 물품은 반드시 재활용과 일반폐기물을 분리하여 배출 바랍니다.

4. 2024. 2. 19(월) 낮 12:00 이후 실내에 방치된 물품은 별도 통보 없이 폐기합니다.

○ 청소일정

신규학기 입사 준비로 인하여 기숙사 소독 및 청소를 아래와 같이 실시할 예정입니다.

1. 청소 일정 : 2024.2.19.(월), 13:00 ~ 2.23(금), 12:00 * 체류 불가

- 3학사 A동(간호사), 4학사 A동(고시생) 제외한 전학사 소독 및 청소

○ 개인 짐 보관 안내

1. 각 학사 기존 체류자 중 2024년 신규학기 선발자만 해당

2. 보관일시 : 2024.2.7(수)~3.3(일)

3. 개인별 3개로 한정, 캐리어 또는 박스 형태로 포장된 짐만 가능

- 각 학사 관리실에서 짐 보관 스티커 발부(개인정보 및 보관일시 기입)

- 분실시 책임지지 않으니 개인 잠금 장치 및 박스 포장을 철저히 하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- 보관 장소 등 세부사항은 추후 관리실에서 안내 예정

○ 2024년 1학기 신규 입사 : 2024.2.23(금), 13:00 ~ / ※ 입사일 이후 입사 가능

2023 Winter Move-out & luggage storage guide

Here we inform you of the dormitory move-out process for 2023-winter period.

○ Move-out Checklist

[Dormitory > Entry/Leave Processing > Facility Inspection Table > Submitted]

*Any matters with room facilities must be checked on the table. Unnotified damages are subject to additional charges and declination of your future application.

*The entry access card will NOT be available after the move-out date.

○ Procedure

1. Clean the room and be sure to remove all your belongings. Place trash in the recycling bin.

2. Unlock and open up all closets and drawers.

[Important] Please lean the mattress against the wall to make sure you pick up all fallen items into the gap. Collect all mail delivered and remove food from the refrigerator.

3. Return the mattress cover to the security office in each dormitory. *You don’t have to remove the white waterproof cover.

4. Failure to comply with the following will result in penalty points.

- Failure to comply with move-out schedule (multiple charges may be assessed until move-out)

- Leaving personal belongings in the room (or in other resident’s room)

- Damaged equipments that are not notified in advance

5. Free parking is available on the move-out date (Feb 15~19th).

- One ticket per student; You can get one at the security office in your building.

○ Request for cooperation

1. To prevent theft during the move-out period, always secure your personal items and be sure to keep your door locked.

2. Our staff will visit each room on the move-out date for cleaning and inspection purpose.

3. Please separate recyclables from trash when throwing away items.

4. Uncollected items by noon on Monday, February 19th will be disposed of without notice.

○ Dormitory cleaning

1. Cleaning period : 2024.2.19(Mon), 13:00 ~ 2.23(Fri), 12:00

- All Rooms must be vacant for cleaning except for Muak 3, Bldg A(Nurse) & Muak 4, Bldg A(a test-taker)

○ Guide to personal luggage storage during the cleaning period

1. Only those selected for the new semester in 2024 among existing residents of each bachelor's degree are applicable

2. Storage date and time: 2024.2.7(Wed)~3.3(Sun)

3. Limited to 3 individuals, only packages packed in carrier or box

- Issuing a bag storage sticker from each academic management office (Personal information and date and time of storage)

- We are not responsible for the loss, so please pack your personal lock and box thoroughly

- For details such as storage location, please contact each dormitory management office later

○ 2024 Spring semester move-in date : 2024.2.23(Fri) 13:00 ~
