Enrolled in the WAY program during the 'Early-bird' period

*Housing assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Housing is not guaranteed for all WAY students.

*Please check Yonsei portal and housing website regularly to avoid missing any notices.

Open from 10:00 am Oct. 28^th (KST) to Oct. 30^th 11:59 pm (KST)

*Log-in ID: student ID number (2025******)

*Log-in Initial Password - your D.O.B (YYMMDD)

*Only PC or tablet PC available

*Housing term will appear at 10 am, 28^th Oct., sharp (KST)

*No confirmation email will be given after submission

Result

Update on Nov. 4^th at 5:00 pm (KST)

*Allocation is first-come, first-served.

*Find your result in Yonsei Portal> ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SHINCHON) > APPLICATION > select [2025-WAY]

*If you’re selected, your status goes to Step 5 (bill issued)

Payment

Made by Nov. 18^th at 11:59 pm (KST)

*Payment method: wire transfer through your bank, Wise, or Flywire

*Consider the transfer commission incurred during the overseas wire transfer and the transfer period.

*Any short payment can be settled by cash from the on-campus bank after moving in.

*If the payment is not confirmed by the due date, the housing will be canceled without notice.

*Bank info. will be updated on the result day in ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SHINCHON) > Invoice/Bill > select [2025-Winter semester] > Click [ENG] button

Refund

Full refund with the email notification or submit cancellation request through Yonsei portal by 11:59 p.m. (KST) on 23^rd Dec., 2025

Roommate Request

From 5^th Dec., 2025 to 9^th Dec., 2025

*Both should approve each other’s roommate request

*Same house residents only. No house changing available.

Required document

Tuberculosis test report

*Regardless of nationality, all students should submit the result report upon check-in.

*Accept x-ray, skin, or blood test. Formant and written language are irrelevant.

*Test taken after 24th Oct,2025, is acceptable

Waitlist

*If not accepted, you will be on the waitlist automatically by order. And if any rooms are available, we will email you from Nov.20^th.
