Housing Period

From 10a.m. 30^th May,2026 and onwards   

Check-out

By 11a.m. 18^th Aug.,2026 

* Front desk is open 24/7, late check-in is available.

Eligibility

KLI students enrolled in the Regular program who have a student ID number

Remark

*Housing assignment are made on a first come, first served basis.

*Housing is not guaranteed 100% for KLI students.

*Please check Yonsei portal and housing website regularly to avoid missing any notice.

Application

Open from Apr. 7^th at 10:00 a.m. KST to Apr. 10^th 11:59 p.m. KST

*APPLICATION SITE : Yonsei Portal https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/

*Log-in credentials

>ID - student ID number (issued by the KLI office, 10 digits)

  >Initial Password – your D.O.B (YYMMDD)

※If you forget your password or have any issue with your Yonsei Portal account, please contact the KLI office directly.

*Only PC or tablet PC available

*No confirmation email after submission

Result

Update on Apr. 14^th at 5:00 p.m. KST

*Allocation is first-come, first-served

*Find your result in Yonsei Portal > ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SHINCHON) > APPLICATION > select [KLI]2026-SPRING[SK Global & Int'l House] 

*If you’re selected, your status goes to Step5(bill issued)

Payment

Made by Apr. 29^th 11:59 p.m. KST

*Payment method : wire transfer through your bank, Wise or Flywire

*If there is any short payment, it can be settled by cash from the on-campus bank after moving-in.

*If the payment not confirmed by the due date, the housing is to be cancelled without notice.

*Bank info. will be updated on the result day in ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SHINCHON) > INVOICE > select [2026-Spring semester] > [ENG] button click

Cancellation Fee

Full refund with the email notification or submit cancellation request through the Yonsei portal by 11:59 p.m. (KST) on 28^th May, 2026

Roommate Request

From 10^th May to 12^th May, 2026

*ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM (SHINCHON) > Roommate Request

*Available after your status is on the Step 6 [paid]

*Each person should request & approve the other’s roommate's request

Required document

TB test report only

*Regardless of nationality, all students should submit the result upon check-in.

*X-ray, skin test or blood test is acceptable

*Test results received after Mar. 30^th,2026 is acceptable

Waitlist

*Ones whose application is not accepted, are to be on the waitlist automatically, according to the application order.

*If any type of room is available, we will contact you from April 30^th by email.
