* Check-in : Anytime from 2 pm KST on the check-in date

* Check out : Anytime by 11 am KST on the check-out date.

* You can choose your check-out date(type A or B) depending on your return flight schedule.

* It is not possible to extend your stay on a daily basis after the check-out date.

Enrolled in the WAY program with full tuition payment

Single or Double at SK Global House, Double at International House(Female only)

Remark

*Housing assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Housing is not guaranteed for all WAY students.

*Please check Yonsei portal and housing website regularly to avoid missing any notice.

Application

From Oct. 27^th at 10:00 am (KST) to Oct. 29^th 24:00 pm (KST)

*APPLICATION SITE: https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/

*Log-in Credentials : ID – student ID number (2026******)

Initial Password : your D.O.B (YYMMDD)

*Only PC or tablet PC available

*ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SINCHON) > APPLICATION입사신청

*Housing term will appear at 10 am, 27^th Oct., sharp (KST)

*No confirmation email will be given after submission

Result

On Nov. 3^rd at 5:00 pm (KST)

*Allocation is first-come, first-served.

*Find your result in Yonsei Portal> ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SINCHON) > APPLICATION > select [2026-WAY-SK GLOBAL & INTERNATIONAL HOUSE]

*If you’re selected, your status goes to Step 5 (bill issued)

Payment

By Nov. 19^th at 11:59 pm (KST)

*Payment method: wire transfer through your bank, Wise, or Flywire

*Consider the transfer commission incurred during the overseas wire transfer and the transfer period.

*Any short payment can be settled by cash from the on-campus bank after moving in.

*If the payment is not confirmed by the due date, the housing will be canceled without notice.

*Bank info. will be updated on the result day in ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SINCHON) > bill & receipt > select [2026-Winter semester] > [ENG] button click

Cancellation Fee

Full refund with the email notification or submit cancellation request through Yonsei portal by 11:59 p.m. (KST) on 20^th Dec., 2026

Roommate Request

From 4^th Dec. to 7^th Dec.

*Each person should approve the other’s roommate request

Required document

for check-in

TB test report

*regardless of nationality, all students should submit the result report upon check-in.

*x-ray, skin test, or blood test is acceptable

*test taken after 22^nd Oct,2026 is acceptable

*written in any language is acceptable

Waitlist

*If not accepted, you will be on the waitlist automatically based on application submission time. And if any rooms are available, we will email you from Nov.20^th.

*There will be a separate application round for WOOJUNGWON. Further details will be announced on the website.
