Telephone |
- Phones are equipped in the room, but you can only take incoming calls from outside.
- For SK Global House, it should be connected to rooms through duty desk at 82_2_2123_3613. Call to room is to dial 2 + room number: for room 315, dial 2315: for room at B1 floor, dial 28+room#, at B2 floor, dial 29+room #.
- For Int’l House, it could be connected directly to rooms, by dialing 82_2_2123_3612 and 1+room number.

Heating |
- Floor Heating for Winter only
- Heating will be available as per the school schedule guideline, usually in November.
- Avoid to set the maximum temperature in consideration of the good operating conditions

Air-conditioning |
- Cooling for Summer only
- Air-conditioning will be available as per the school schedule guideline, usually in June.
- SK Global House : provided A/C remote controller by Housing office
- International House : A/C panel in the room

Room Card Key |
- Room Card Key system is separated by building. You can pass the gate of your building and enter the room with the room card key.
- You should show your card to the Housing staff if you’re requested to do so. If lost, please report it immediately and get it re-issued.
- You can enter the room by touching the card to the door lock.
- You insert the card into the key sensor on the wall and get the electricity on.
- You should remove the card when you leave the room.

WI-FI |
- School Wifi access is available with student ID & password, which is to be issued by the attending program office not the housing office.
- If the laptop computer has a wireless card, it will automatically find a wireless access point.
- To access the Yonsei wireless system, refer to http://yis.yonsei.ac.kr/.
- Select ‘Yonsei’ to access WIFI.
- Input ID and password of Yonsei portal

Set-Up Windows 7 |
- 1. Right click “My Network Neighborhood”.
- 2. Go to “Properties”
- 3. Right click “Local Area Connection”
- 4. Go to “Properties”
- 5. Double click “Internet Protocol (TCP / IPv4)”
- 6. IP Address, subnet mask and default gate way : “your own address” – posted on your desk
- 7. Preferred DNS Server: 165.132.10.21
- 8. Alternate DNS server: 165.132.5.21 (Oct. 1, 2015~)
- 9. Click "OK"

Set-Up Mac book |
- 1. Click on the Apple icon on the top left corner
- 2. Scroll down and click ‘System Preferences’
- 3. On the ‘System Preferences’ screen, click ‘Network’
- 4. When the ‘Network’ screen appears, click ‘Built-in Ethernet’
- 5. In the TCP/IP Connection section
- 6. Configure : Manually
- 7. Input IP Address, subnet mask and default gate way : “your own address” – posted on your desk
- 8. Preferred DNS Server: 165.132.10.21
- 9. Alternate DNS server: 165.132.5.21 (Oct. 1, 2015~)
- If there are two places for the DNS server numbers, place them separately accordingly.
- Lock your settings and restart your computer.
