KLI - 2026 Summer Special Housing Application

Welcome all KLI Summer special students. This is housing application notice for MUAK house.

Please read all articles to not miss any information.

Important Note 

  * Use a browser with an automatic language translation feature.

  * This is only for the KLI summer special students whose class starts on 29 June 2026.

  * All application should be made in Yonsei portal. (No email or other directions)

  * No special exception for the fairness.

1.  Housing Period: 25 June to 1 August 2026 (37 nights)

2.  Housing Fee: KRW 851,000/person

3.  Housing type: shared twin room in Muak 1 (male) and 2 (female) 

     (See Attached File: house introduce_2026.pdf)

4.  Application period: AM 10:00 of 7th April  to 17:00 10th April 2026 (Korean standard time)

5.  Application Result: Find the result at PM 5:00 of 14th April 2025 (KST) 

    Yonsei Portal -> Academic Info system -> Dorm(Sinchon) -> Application/입사신청.

    If your application shows STEP 5, that means you are selected.

6.  How to apply

  A. Use PC or tablet only

  B. Sign in Yonsei portal with your Yonsei I.D. number (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)

  C. Academic Information System -> Dorm(Sinchon) -> Application 입사신청

     -> select [KLI] 2026 SUMMER Special-Muak house -> Complete your application with the survey page.

     Your I.D. is the Yonsei student I.D. number.

     Those who has a problem with I.D. or passwords, please contact the KLI operator. (yskli2@yonsei.ac.kr) 

  D. Muak 1 for male / Muak 2 for female and choose 2인실 (twin room)

  E. Due to limited numbers, assigning on a first come first serve basis.

  F. If you choose a wrong category or the house, there will be no remedy for the fairness issue.

7.  Payment

  A. Money should be delivered before PM 23:00 of 24 April 2025 (KST)

  B. Use Flywire, WISE or the local bank wire transfer.

     In Case Flywire search ‘2026 KLI-Summer Special; MUAK(DOUBLE)’ in Flywire website.

    Required 14 digits are your invoice account number.

    *Bank info will be shown in [INVOICE] menu on your Yonsei Portal if you are selected as house residents.

  C. Bank handling fees will be charged on the student side. The final fee must match KRW 851,000. 

     If your payment does not arrive within the due date, your room reservation will be canceled without a notice.

  D. Full refund available before 23:59 on 24 June 2026 (KST) 

     After that, handling fees will be charged.  

     Sign in Yonsei portal -> Academic Info System -> Dorm(Sinchon) -> Refund before move-in.

8. Roommate

  A. Roommate request is not 100% guaranteed due to limited space. 

  B. Apply in Yonsei portal -> Academic Info -> Dorm(sinchon) -> ROOMMATE REQUEST from 15 May until 22 May 2026.

9. Required document on check-in date: I.D. card and Tuberculosis result paper (Result negative) on check-in date.

  * Regardless of nationality, all students should submit the result report upon check-in. (한국인도 제출필수)

  *  X-ray, skin test, or blood test is acceptable. No certain format or written language.

  * Test results received after April 25th, 2026 is acceptable.

10. Facility 

  Beddings and furnitures will be provided. (No personal washes, towels or hairdryer)

  Two students will share one room / Toilet and bathroom on each floor.
