NOTICE for Housing Application - 2026 WAY HOUSING (WooJungWon)

u Early check-in is not available; students must arrange their own off-campus accommodation if necessary.

u Students selected for SK Global House & International House are not eligible to apply for WooJungWon.

u If you were not selected for SK Global or Int’l House and wish to apply for WooJungWon, please delete your previous SK or Int’l application before applying to WooJungWon.

u Please choose carefully, as transferring between Housing type or Period type is difficult.

* Check-in: From 2 pm KST on the check-in date (Please move in before 10:00 PM if possible.)

* Check out: By 11 am KST on the check-out date.

* You can choose your check-out date(type A or B) depending on your return flight schedule.

* It is not possible to extend your stay on a daily basis after the check-out date.

Result

On Nov. 16^th at 5:00 pm (KST)

*Allocation is first-come, first-served.

*Find your result in Yonsei Portal> ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SINCHON) > APPLICATION

*If you’re selected, your status goes to Step 5 (bill issued)

Payment

By Nov. 30^th at 23:00 pm (KST)

*Payment method: wire transfer through your bank, Wise, or Flywire

*Consider the transfer commission incurred during the overseas wire transfer and the transfer period.

*If the payment is not confirmed by the due date, the housing will be canceled without notice.

*Bank info. will be updated on the result day in ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SINCHON) > bill & receipt > select [2026-Winter semester] > [ENG] button click

Cancellation & Refund

Full refund with the email notification or submit cancellation request through Yonsei portal by 11:59 p.m. (KST) on Dec. 21^st, 2026

Roommate Request

From Dec. 4^th To Dec. 7^th.

*Roommate requests are possible if the application type, dormitory, and room type are the same.

*ACADEMIC INFO SYSTEM > DORM(SINCHON) > Roommate Request

*Each person should approve the other’s roommate request

Required document

TB test report

*English or Korean format (for other languages, submit both the original document and the English translation)

*regardless of nationality, all students should submit the result report upon check-in.

*x-ray, skin test, or blood test is acceptable

*test taken after 23^rd Oct,2026 is acceptable

Waitlist

*If not accepted, you will be on the waitlist automatically by order. And if any rooms are available, we will email you from Dec.2^nd.
